起这些事件的人都使用了争人权、反歧视、争取自由和正义等理由，然而广泛的抢劫、
纵火、打砸、伤害生命却是事实的真相。在洛杉矶，白人、朝鲜裔、黑人的店铺被洗窃
、砸烂、烧毁，53人丧失生命，许多人受伤。在拉萨，20座建筑被烧毁，908家店铺、
120间房屋、7所学校、5家医院被砸烂，银行被抢，许多车辆被烧，18平民被杀害或烧
死，400多人被打伤。洛杉矶和拉萨的骚乱者做了同样的事：他们从店铺里拿走所有他
们能搬动的东西，殴打或者干脆杀掉妨碍他们行径的人，烧掉所有他们拿不走的东西。
两地骚乱者的行为都具有仇富特征，表现出渴望通过剥夺他人一夜暴富，以及毁灭一切
他们无法占有的东西的疯狂。在这种情形下，中美两国政府应对国内暴力骚乱的选择基
本相同。这说明仇富情结是社会心理现象，存在于所有种族、民族文化群落、国家和社

在 Bellingham的海岸上，有一块花岗石碑上刻着：“华人死线：华人不准越过此线，
1898-1903”
这是为了禁止当年世界最大的三文鱼罐头厂的华裔员工与附近镇上的白人居民交流而设
定的禁令。
华人在美国的历史中若影若现，在需要的时候有时候会在水面上冒个泡，更多的时候沉
没在历史的长河里。
这次版上声势浩大地质问为什么西雅图反Jimmy游行的规模如此之小，我想也许会对本
地华人社区的觉醒有一定的促进作用。
西雅图华人本该是对排华最最敏感的群体，可惜由于历史的隔断，很少有人意识到排华
对我们意味着什么。

53个人那么简单.
Katrina的时候,貌似是军队上门缴枪,所以似乎他们的判断就是如果有枪的人去riot,后
果会更严重?
所以带枪的riot貌似比不带枪的riot更可怕.而且美国政府的好处就是从错误中总结经
验的能力很高,不同时间重复犯相同的错误概率非常低.比如我来美国这么多年,类似LA
导火索的
警察abuse黑人的事件发生过好几次,我记得的就有辛辛那提一次,纽约一次,最后都没有
成为LA那样的riot.因此我觉得LA这样的riot的可能性会越来越小.
至于全民拥枪能增加mass killing,我觉得真没什么好辩的了,过去10年民间枪越来越多
,同时mass killilng也越来越频繁.这个关联是很明显的. |
