配方：
1/2 cup unsalt butter(1 stick)at room temperature;
1 cup sugar;
2 egg yolks;
1 tablespoon fresh orange juice and grated rind of 1 large orange;
1/2 cup cake flour and 1 cup all purpose flour;
1/2 teaspoon salt;
1 teaspoon baking powder.
做法：
1， 室温融化butter（可以用那个margarine),绝对室温，千万别用微波炉融化的太稀。
然后把室温下软软得butter和糖混合一起，用mixer打得混合在一起，有些蓬松的样子。
2， 加入蛋黄和orange juice, rind, 继续打， 让他们混合一起。
3， 面粉，盐，baking powder,过筛 放进2里面，用筷子和橡皮刀搅，形成一个面团。
面粉可以一半一半的加进去。

我把觉得好的方子贴在这里，说到健康和好吃，这个方子黄油特别多，但是没有黄油，
这个madeleine蛋糕就不好吃哦，就少吃两口吧。方子虽然也是网上找的，但是确实是
试验了几个，觉得这个方子比较松软可口。做过戚风蛋糕的人做这个一点难度都没有，
无需静置，立刻就可以做，前提开始的鸡蛋打发好，加糖后再打发两分钟左右，lemon
的皮真的起到了很少的作用，非常的香啊。

上午：咖啡w/1cup豆奶

下午同学请我frappuccino,草莓味的tall,喝了半杯95cal 20g carb早知道要摩卡了，
热量carb都减半。。。

打算改成健身日记了，这食谱实在不像减肥的人该吃的
话说今天labmate推荐了我一个pork rinds，其实就是猪皮，他妈把这当零食吃，跟薯
片什么的口感很像。他妈也在减肥，5feet8，从145lb-->130lb,50岁了每天carb控制在
30g以下，一年减了15lb，而且不运动的

谢谢赏光，注意不要把rind吃了哦（Gouda的rind是不能吃的）
这次转战了一家店，就是Trader Joe's，看看这里有啥好东西。
结果真在劳动节发现了几款好东西。
我发现大多数中国人喜欢high-moister, semi-soft, 口味淡的ｃｈｅｅｓｅ
所以隆重推荐三种：一种cooking cheese,一种table cheese,一种dessert cheese
首先说ｃｏｏｋｉｎｇ ｃｈｅｅｓｅ，就是羊奶制成的Chevre,味道很淡，几乎没有盐
但是有一股淡淡的“羊油味”。山羊奶制成。
很多fitness的杂志，都论证过，山羊奶是比牛奶更好的奶源。过敏反应少，不会涨气。
以前我很少吃，是因为很贵。但是现在发现trader joe卖得非常便宜，1大条，才3块多
回家发现非常不错！不比欧洲进口的贼贵的差！而且热量低，软，每个serving才80卡
是非常好的cooking cheese
早上起来，用任何lunch meat卷它，就很有以前在回民区去吃羊肉的感觉。

个上次从local 的一个小organic groceries store买的vine ripe的西红柿。本来也是
第一次买这样的西红柿，看上去也不太红，个子倒是挺大，但是有点发白的样子。没抱

brochettes，原版用的pork，我做的时候刚好冰箱里有盒鸡心，就取而代之了，又加了

材料：
1 lb lean, boneless pork (or similar amount chicken heart),

)的原因，变成“圣诞午餐”。做的都是常用的书里比较简单的西餐菜式，放在一起看
也有些规模哈。
开胃菜：Baked Brie with Honeyed Raspberries
材料：
1 块轮状Brie Cheese，250g左右。冷藏变硬后，把上面的白色的外皮切掉。Brie的白
色外皮在加热时是不会融化的，这样就相当于做了一个盛了奶酪的小碗。
1/4 cup蜂蜜
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1盒raspberry(6盎司)
适量rosemary做装饰
做法：
1 烤箱预热350F度，把Brie放在小盘中，入烤箱加热3-5分钟。我在盘子下面垫上隔热
的硅胶垫，防止下面的brie受热过度化得太软，从rind的裂缝处流出来。到brie软化就
可以，不要让brie完全融化。那样就不能支持上面的水果了。
2 小锅中加入蜂蜜和balsamic vinegar，一边加热一边用橡皮铲搅拌，到温热融合即可
。把洗好拍干的raspberry加入，用橡皮铲翻动，使它们均匀地裹上蜂浆。

CYBL我在0.0001设过300块钱的limit order，价格到了，但3个礼拜买不到。最后终于
买到了，花了14块钱交易费，因为分两天买的。然后设limit sell @0.0002，根本卖不

after farmers gave them overdoses of growth chemicals during wet weather,
creating what state media called fields of "land mines."
About 20 farmers around Danyang city in Jiangsu province were affected,
losing up to 115 acres (45 hectares) of melon, China Central Television said
in an investigative report.
Prices over the past year prompted many farmers to jump into the watermelon

大约一个月前，我去华盛顿州东部的沙漠宿营，在高速休息区短暂停留后，再上高速时车
窗开着，速度也比较慢，我听到司机这侧的后轮有周期性的哒哒声，像是有异物嵌入轮胎
上了。接下来的出口是一个小镇，我从高速下来，下车一看，果然有情况，一个带着螺母
的螺丝扎在了轮胎上。我到车里取了一把刀来撬这个螺丝，费了半天劲，螺丝终于松了，
紧接着一声尖锐的呼哨声，然后轮胎就完全瘪了。其实我听说过轮胎上有钉子或螺丝是不
能拔的，但当时手太贱，不由自主。
我的备用轮胎的钥匙被小偷偷了，我懒一直没买新的，备用轮胎是取不下来了。我盘算了

本人UD学生一名，热爱钓鱼，尤其是saltwater，钓龄刚满一年，自家门前（2小时内车
程）的lewes，indian river inlet，rehoboth beach，ocean city没少去，空军居多
，但喜欢那种大浪里surf fishing的感觉，向往montauk已经很久，鱼版关于montauk的
帖子，读了几十篇了，很多篇都读了很多遍，这次fall run下决心去感受感受，哈哈，
潜水学习太久了，这次终于有机会见到各位前辈了。
最近2周主要在学习关于在montauk surf fishing的帖子，采购缺的饵和装备，看到
flickr上长岛钓鱼学院的图片，心里激动的不得了啊，心里痒的得受不了啊，要不是开
过去要6个多小时，真想天天去，哈哈，我的计划是从下周开始，周末只要有时间就开
过去，周五开过去，周日开回来，一直到10月下旬fall run结束。
装备准备情况如下：
杆：TICA surf rod, 9 feet, 2 pieces, lure weight: 2-6oz, line weight: 15-30

关于lure，最下一排只带那三个diamond jigs。倒数第二排带左起第二个，第三个，第
五个，第七个。bucktail全都带着，pork rind大多数人用70-s。
买支super strike的little neck popper，3盎司的或者2 3/8盎司的黄色，白色，或者
蓝色。
杆子很弱，轮子ok，其他参照蛋定哥的建议。

jigging from boat, not designed for surf cast, action is different,
If you use it for fishing from bank, bucktail+rind is better, there a
variety type of bucktail, too |
