但直行的两个等是Green，那就不用多解释了，100%是楼主的责任。
几个月之前，我家附近的十字路口的灯，都变成这个样子的了 - 两个直行lanes的两个
灯都是green，但left-turn signal同时是黄闪的灯。这种情况下，opposite
direction的3个等，也一样是这样的 - 两个green，一个 left turn的黄闪。这种情况
下，left turn的可以proceed with caution，但一定要确保对方直行方向和righ-turn
方向都没有行车。
楼主的accident site，是这种情况吗？如果是，那就啥也别说了，是你的全责。 |

，然后就说如果需要report，两天以后打电话查。事实是，我一周之内打了不下三次电
话，都说没ready。
但对方的保险公司GEICO还不错，对方先claim的，我打电话以后，只是要我叙述了一下
过程，即认定是对方的全责，没有要求警察报告，然后准备检查车。我的保险公司是
traveller，也很快，打电话以后一个小时左右就派人到我家拍照车检，并做出估算。

In August, I talked to a decent Chinese university. My major there can make
top 10 in China. The dean of the school has a Ph.D. from Britain and a US GC.
He went back to China in 2001 and gave up his GD. He is doing very well there

90k salary give you a decent life. you can afford 3000-4000 sq ft house
at best school district righ now. You can still enjoy big-city's convinience.
There is not much chinese population. so do not expect decent chinese
restaurants.
