1）Kaplan notes全套，没用的有microbiology，pathology，和behavior medicine
First aid
2）Goljan pathology rapid review: 很有用，尤其是配合他的讲座，我觉得我获益很
多，mechanism讲解非常清晰，对我的理解帮助很大！
3）Microbiolgy made ridiculously simple， 看了有几遍
4）之前还看过neuroanatomy high yield，没有全看，挑着看的，我觉得kanplan
notes里的neuroanatomy挺好的，而且video讲得也很好
做题
UW第一遍做了6个月，正确率50%
UW第二遍3个月，正确率70%
UW第三遍只做了三分之一，因为没有时间了，正确率也是不到80%，而且错得基本上和
第二遍错得差不多。
NBME考前3 天 至 10天做的，买的online form，

基本情况：
全职老千。家有即将PhD的贤内助，衣食起居全权负责。她每天在图书馆陪着我。
陪我看书这段时间，她又读完了半个硕士学位，高效率让我汗颜。我们周末经常是迎着
阳光，携手走进图书馆。离开时已是漫天星光。看着自习室窗外的树叶由黄变绿，再变
黄，身上的衣裳由棉袄换到T恤再换回棉袄。寒冷的夜晚，漆黑的校园，回家的路上，
我们边走边畅想美好的未来，同时也不得不感叹没有绿卡的无奈。相信终将有一天我们

各种与考试有关的内容。期间即聆听过大牛的经验介绍，也拜读过各种接地气的考经，
收益匪浅。现也把自己的学习考试经验廖做总结，发帖于此，也算是对本版的回馈，希
望能对后来人有所补益。
在真正的考经之前，有一点我想强调的是：这是一场十分不公平的考试（也包括以后的
Match)。之所以称它为不公平，是因为它有太多的影响因素是你我无法掌控，无法改变
的。这种不公平不仅仅在于，IMG和AMG的区别，语言的区别，更在于每个人的背景，工
作，家庭，学习时间，本身基础，意志力和行动力的不尽相同。脱离了这些决定因素，
单纯的看一个考分高低是不全面的。 评判一个分数的高低很容易，但断定如何能得到
这个分数很难。所以不必觉得260和270高不可攀，也不必对220身怀歉疚，正所谓，万
法皆空，因果不空。

But it is wrong to say "又属内海." China tells its citizens that everything
is 内海: 渤海, Taiwan Strait, South China Sea, etc. At the same time, China
dare not tell international community those (渤海, Taiwan Strait, South
China Sea, etc) are China's.
Please read international law about territorial waters, which is defined as
12 nautical miles from the coast.

定思痛，集众多专家的智慧而成。怀着期待的心情仔细研读，结果发现所谓的新国标纯
粹是胡扯淡。其中一条，降低蛋白含量至2.8%，原来是2.9%。原因是这些所谓专家认为
之所以出现三聚氰胺就是因为原来的要求过高，导致奶农铤而走险。我真的不明白是哪
个智商为0的家伙得出的这样的结论。欧美一向要求都不低于3%，也没出过这种事情。
而且从字里行间，新国标把三聚氰胺的始作俑者归咎为奶农。奶农即使有这种行为，也
决不是主要危害。主要危害都来自于大的奶厂。还有一则新闻则说以后三聚氰胺不再作
为检验标准，而是明令禁止添加的。真是搞笑，已经有那么多黑心奶厂在添加，你不检
测，只是一纸空文说明令禁止添加，有什么意义。
杜绝三聚氰胺唯一有效的好方法就是抓一个杀一个。因为他们的行为是危害整个国家的
下一代，是严重的危害国家安全罪，绝对该杀。 |
