而且被托google的infrastructure。google的rideshare方面的执行能力会比uber更强。
rideshare不像当时的google+pkfacebook。不具有用户占年性。而且可以整合google
wallet。
成功的可能性非常大。
现在可以抄底google的股票了。
恭喜在google的老中，可以混到退休了。 |

不管有没有拼车保险，UBER都是非法（=黑车），比如韩国。
即便法律不禁止UBER，比如美国，并不代表it就有道理。你买东西大概从来不读terms
。你去看看个人保险小字部分，都明确exclude personal vehicle for hire, i.e.
ridesharing driver.
大家都意识到有这个gap，i.e. UBER司机空载是无保状态。Geico有针对rideshare的保
险来cover这个gap:

你去quote一下，看有多贵。反正没有UBER司机买，都抱着侥幸心理，倒霉的是出事时

seattle area is succesful! also I did try a few websites in the past to do
rideshare,including nuride, goose network etc.also craiglist.org has
rideshare column.
But you have to test PickRide, the feeling is totally different from website
technology, you no more need to wait a fix member of carpool, people do not
have to wait you.Its just like a tool from movie matrix.

会成功，但光美国市场就很大，在其他部分国家已经成功。
与其一厢情愿，不如做一点研究。Uber的policy很清楚，保险公司的政策一直在改变，
但会保证法律规定的最低保额，不会有gap。今天是10万，如果法律规定涨到25万，就
跟到25万呗。你要是quote过保险就知道差价并不大。
我说得很明白，保险公司其实很赚钱，如果policy太差了，Uber那么多司机，自己做个

就跟娱乐圈明星要保持知名度（知名度与收入正相关），必须定期炒作。
窃以为有了智能手机，人民生活确实是向着更坏的方向变了。
UBER在美国根本就不是必需。90%人自己开车。
土鳖国有数据表明，专车让交通更拥堵，而不是所声称的rideshare等于环保。
且不说专车盛行让土鳖国不会用rideshare软件的老年人打车更加困难。
不过木有办法，花街炒作，媒体洗脑，大部分人都从众，被牵着鼻子走。

rideshare本来entry barrier就不高，uber靠的是先发优势和与出租车相比的价格优势
，对司机/乘客来说基本唯一一个考虑因素就是收入/价格，多数司机/乘客都同时用
uber/lyft。这种产品相对应的稳定态本应是perfect competition。但是你说的规模效
应又把equilibrium偏离perfect competition一些。所以我应为稳定态是monopoly和
perfect competition中间的oligopoly，有两个或以上的公司提供非常类似的服务和价
