发帖数: 833 | 2 今天我的wave rider突破了1500迈大关，估计大限快至，又看到这些年里程突破了5千迈
大关，这两双wave rider贡献了3/5的里程，功劳显著。
这里没列出的还有元老级的nimbus，也是1千迈后退隐了。
虎跑尽管也有1千迈高龄，虽然束之高阁，但比赛之日，唯此堪负重任。
Lunar Racer生不逢时，太小太瘦，珍藏多年，马上就要远嫁他方。
HS4跟五趾鞋娇生惯养，不能涉水，不过毕竟年富力强，明年将成为训练主力。
当然不要忘记刚刚开始跑步时所穿的锐步，记得只有2-30刀，其实完全不是所谓跑鞋，
但依旧承担了减肥之处将近500迈的里程。

to me, I like Alta too, since only skier allowed,
from the safety side, skier have more comparable pattern and has less chance
to collide to each other if they have similar speed (surely, I am not
saying,skier would not bump into each other). same for riders for sure if
there is a rider only resort.
I have no problem with riders. (at least at my limited skill level, I can
not tell the snow difference caused by rider). I respect some of them with

时候说有renter的auto也打折，算下来多出一年6-70就可以加一个renter’s。
我上网读了一哈，发现主要是cover fire和smoke和偷盗，还有客人在你家摔跤要sue你
那些。稍稍多要一点就有很多rider，贵重珠宝要rider，计算机要rider， flood 地震
要rider，感觉是打水漂的钱。闹了半天基本的啥都不cover
请教我双胞胎专业人士，结果人nia给我说，还不如买点香，买点水果鲜花供个菩萨，
财神，关公之类的。。。

Term Life”，这是可convert to cash value Whole life 的Term Life rider。如此
， 把Term Life和whole life垒在一起买就很便宜划算，收入不高的人也能买得起一点点
Cash Value Whole life作为11年以上的长期资产.

开始把骑车当作一项运动是去年毕业前找到工作之后，经济状况好点了，能买得起最初
级的road bike了。第一次听说STP是从朋友那儿，当时还觉得非常不可思议，两天204
迈，听起来比马拉松更遥不可及。决定要参加是今年的事，最初只是想作为一个
fitness goal，希望能借此让自己多骑骑车。骑车对跑步是一种很好的cross training
。我没有预料到的是，我不但骑下来了，而且骑得很轻松，整个过程充满了激动人心的
时刻，热血沸腾的时刻。让我对cycling这项运动有了一个很不一样的认识。虽然对我
来说骑车仍然不如跑步那么有吸引力，但是通过这次的活动，我至少算是经历了一个
rite of passage，成为了一个cyclist，cycling已经不仅仅是running的cross
training了。

过collecting速度，很容易与第一个guide缠在一起，一般来说，投掷杆解决这个问题
的方法，一是加大collecting guide的直径，比如很多老式surf杆，用第二个guide作
为收线平直guide用，二是加大collecting guide与spool的距离，但带来的能量损耗是
很大的，直接影响距离。
最新的抛投杆常用k guide，从设计上解决了这个问题。
video中这个guide和low rider类似，daiwa欧洲公司最先在carp rod上用low rider，
对于编织线来说，距离比普通的guide提高15%以上。
video中的这种设计是第一次见到，但不用这么麻烦，k guide直接就能解决问题，low
rider也能很大地减少这类问题。 |

为大力抛投重lure时候，出线速度常常高于线过collecter的速度，进而会产生tangle
第一个guide的现象。一般的淡水等杆，不用大力抛投，lure不重，不是很需要。
low rider针对新一代编织线，作用是第一时间迅速平线，减少能量损失，对于距离的
提高是很明显的。
我手头的popping杆没有k guides的，在重lure大力抛投时候产生tangle，但我手头的
surf杆，大多是用low rider，美国的杆子很少用，我最近请南卡那位知名rod builder
做的那根century杆，他首推low rider，距离上对编织线提高很多。
淡水没有必要，但发这类的帖子是应该受欢迎的，我也是第一次知道有这种guides的存
在，我仔细看了一下，也是主要针对collecting guide，其他的guides都是正常的。

track,跑了8km，感觉缓阵和稳定性都比原来的那双ds trainer 9好得多，重量上两盎司的差距基本上感受不到。比起另一双rider 9，稳定性也要好。
不过穿的那种最低邦的袜子，左脚脚后跟磨破了皮，dt 9，rider 9从来没有过的，nb732倒是跑一次磨一次，看来以后要穿高些的袜子了。

cushion不如wave rider.感觉要硬.
跑起来吃力不少.
但是:
1. 跑完之后,没有脚跟疼.wave rider有点over cushioned,longrun后我会脚跟疼,足弓
疼,plantar fasciitis,AT.
2. 两双鞋都没有造成膝盖不舒服.
3. 另外,找deal很难找.我前几天买的nimbus 11还花了70出头.waverider要便宜将近20.
overall还是不错的.最大的缺点是太重. |

It took me no time to switch from wave rider 9/10/12/13 to Cumulus 10/12.
It's a good substitute.
But Asics keeps adding more weight to Cumulus and Nimbus, this bothers me a
lot.
Cumulus 10 is my favorite. It is the lightest one among a few generations of
Cumulus/Nimbus.
for a fast runner like you, lots of neutral shoes are available.

而且路面有水，立即就进入鞋子里面了。跑干燥的水泥，柏油路面很好
也有人抱怨保护太少。我觉得体重不超过160lbs，跑步姿势标准的都可以用，我自己的
感觉貌似穿着很舒服的袜子在跑

3.New Balance MT 101
鞋子特点是跑山路保护很好，鞋子完全不磨脚，版上全体大牛一致说好。
我没有用过，也不知道是否适合跑平时的公路

发帖数: 36 | 42 kayano和ride是完全不同类型的鞋，你怎么能同时穿。kayano是stability型，适合脚
跟向内倾的人，ride是neutral型，适合脚外侧着地的人。建议你研究一下自己的跑步
类型和足弓高度，如果能去专业跑鞋店，可以让他们看一下你跑就看出来了。
我是中等略偏高的足弓，但外翻比较明显，所以只能穿neutral型。我一直用mizuno的
rider系列（rider是mizuno的neutral型，inspire是他家的stability型），非常喜欢
，特别是最新的rider 18，和17相比前脚掌的cushion更好，踩地感很好。感觉跑起来
很轻松。
我也试跑过saucony的ride 7, 感觉太软发不上力，应该是我太习惯了mizuno，另外
mizuno的heel to toe drop也比较高。所以我建议如果同时使用两双以上的鞋，还是用
两双同样的鞋比较好。当然这是因人而异。 |

双rider轮换，现在是3双rider 18.
喜欢啥鞋每个人都不一样吧，我就不太喜欢asics,感觉鞋底偏软，而且太厚。我觉得
Mizuno的鞋很耐用，跑个七八百迈没问题。而且鞋底不太薄但也不太厚，heel to toe
height也比较高，我不喜欢鞋跟太低的。而且很轻，跑的多了自然喜欢轻一点的鞋。
cushion也很好，算是neutral鞋里不错的吧。不过17好像没有16和18好，18最好。 |

Kung Fu Rider is not a good game. The controls are terribly unresponsive, the game punishes players unfairly and the level design is repetitive. While playing Kung Fu Rider, the PlayStation Eye takes random pictures of you at key moments in the mission. It was quite telling that in all those photographs, I looked really angry.
Leave this one on the shelf.

这集的名字是 主人与从者， 经历过上一集的华丽战斗之后，此集必定是一个比较平缓
的过渡，主讲三对master和servant的爱恨情仇（？大雾…）。。。。
开场是迪卢木多的记忆——带着公主私奔什么的，然后被戴了绿帽子的前夫给杀了……
%&#@￥&这个前夫是迪卢木多所属骑士团的团长，“朋友妻不可欺”啊何况是上司的妻…
…所以lancer同学一直纠结着前世没能完成的忠义之道。。。
肯尼斯失去了使用魔术的能力，他腹黑的未婚妻索拉各种威胁得到了令咒，要求lancer
