高纤维的东西只适合大人，如果孩子不便秘，白米相对好消化多了

的试试燕麦胡，如果不过敏，干脆就燕麦胡了。我娃都1岁了还一吃rice cereal就积食
，只好吃一切其他的grain甚至是全麦。每个娃的肠胃不同的。 |

多了就便秘很厉害。不oatmeal比rice 更通便吗？试了prune 之类的都不爱吃。不过还
是继续每天试

end models(ZCC/TGC/WCC).
They have 5.5 cups and 10 cups, and we have only 2 people or at most 4
people when parents are here. Since there is only about $15 difference in
price, the 10 cup ones look more cost effective. But someone said if you don
't need big capacity, the smaller one will produce better quailty rice.
Can anyone put some comments on which size I should choose?

发帖数: 5576 | 31 5 cup is enough for you, even 3 cups works. We used to have 10 cups Zijirushui, and switched to 5 cups Zojirushi induction, which saved some kitchen space.
And I would recommend high end line of Zijirushui, their rice cook has very good quality and may last 10+ yrs. To spend couple of hundreds more well worth it if you cook rice daily.

此混球吸收了鸡蛋的鲜味和白酒的浓香，并且没有添加其他任何食材和配料，原汁原味
，天然雕饰，实是人间绝味。我独乐乐不如众乐乐，请我奶奶进行品评，她说你这饭烤
焦了，都黄了，你还是自己吃吧！
于是我只好一个人吃完了这盘黄金炒饭，窗外飘着2013年的第一场雪，落在窗棱上却没
有痕迹。我有些淡淡的伤感，我想起了遥远的西半球，冚家铲那刀刻般瘦削的脸庞和深
邃的眼神。
我当时吃完他的黄金炒饭后，请他给这炒饭之皇起一个名字。他抽着烟，眯缝着眼睛，
似乎是在回忆自己戎马倥偬的前半生。他眼里精光一闪而逝，指着被我舔得干干净净的
盘子说：“就叫'虽万千人吾往矣'吧。”
