进入血液为我们提供能量。
brown rice被认为更健康是因为它没有经过精细加工，所以保存了更多的纤维，维生素
和矿物质，而不是因为它不会转化为糖。
是不是“way too much”跟摄入量有关，和吃的是白米还是玄米无关。当然brown rice
纤维高，容易产生饱足感，（从某种程度上来说也比较难吃），所以不容易摄入过多。

饭时间长, 要一个半小时, 不过, 我看它前45分钟好像是不开煮, 只是浸泡
另外, 好像brown rice是要比white rice硬一点的
很有嚼劲
你下次试试稍多放一点水, 1:1.25或1:1.5的样子 |
