Melatonin is taken at night time if you somehow have disrupted circadian
rhythm (sleep wake cycle), for instance you are a shift worker.
Diphenhydramine based sleeping drug. It is actually an anti-histamine that
has a side effect for drowsiness. Because it is such a safe drug, and has
been marketed as OTC sleep aid. However, my experience is that it loses its
effect after a couple of days.

是我自己的经历。本人33男，体型偏瘦，爱好运动(以篮球和健身为主，每周3到5次）
，生活和饮食都规律。从不吸烟喝酒。
症状：
去年秋天在健身房锻炼，练了几组卧推，都是到自己的极限的。练完之后觉喘不上气，
胸口闷（但不疼），脑袋有点飘，有种想大便的感觉，但没有昏厥。老婆在身边，说我
脸都白了。坐下休息15分钟左右才恢复。但有两个前提：1)这天健身房空调坏了，异常
的闷热。2）我回国了一阵，有一小段时间没有锻炼。这次似乎有点一下子练得太猛了。
同样的经历在四年前(09年)有过一次。也是工作忙有一阵没系统锻炼，见到一片跑道，
一时兴起，跑了两组100米全力冲刺。跑完后也是脸变白，胸闷，有种想大便的感觉，
但上了厕所却大不出来，就是感觉大口呼吸但氧气不够，歇了大概20分钟才缓过来。当
时岳母根据经验怀疑我心脏不太好。
有了这两次经验，我于去年12月去本地医院检查。当时做心电图显示我有Second

问题：什么是sleep train阿？
回答：我的看法，广义的说，是给宝宝一个合适他/她年龄的睡觉作息安排，并教
给他/她好的能持之以恒的入睡本领（可以借助工具，也可以不要）。所以sleep train
应该包括训入睡，调整时间，延长nap，nap和晚上睡觉consolidate睡整。
问题：我家这样的还需要train吗？
回答：宝宝跟宝宝不一样，主要的标准还是宝宝精神好，注意力集中，满意。如果

如何录：家里有录音笔，奶爸就发出shu的声音，录下来用mp3重复放。
我是不停的放的。这方面可以再查一下。因为书上是要求人发声的，所以不可能连续到
75分钟。实在是太累，看到别人用录的声音效果不错，就试了。你可以试试看，但是少
于20分钟是肯定不够的。
winline：宝宝真的是喜欢。理论上来说，这个声音就像是宝宝在母体里，洋水环绕发
出的声音。对他来说是很有安全感的。而且，白天nap，外面很吵，shu的声音也可以帮
助一些。当然这是一般的状况，和我宝宝的经验，每个宝宝还是不一样的。如果你的宝

你可以试一试他视唱练耳如何 比如就是简单的按琴键 然后让他唱出相同的音高 然后
再说出音名 当然这么小可以先试一试相对音高 就是你给一个固定音 告诉他这个音名
然后再测试 以后逐渐加深成双音和弦三音和弦(不要局限于小三大三度这样的固定调调
那个很简单没有必要反复练习) 这些对学习五线谱很有帮助的

难），只拉空弦(E，A，D或者G之一)，要求从弓根到弓尖，弓身始终与琴弦垂直，与
Bridge平行，拉一根弦不碰到另一根弦，弓子到Bridge的距离始终不变，没有平行的滑
动，弓身没有扭动。你做不到。不但你现在做不到，你练半年后仍然做不到。练半年以
后你一拉空弦，练过的就知道你基本功练的怎么样，有没有碰到混饭的蹩脚老师
为什么？自由度太大，可以出问题的环节太多。这个看似简单的动作要求肩关键，肘关
节，腕关节，指关节的协同配合，角度力量各有讲究，弓根，弓尖，中弓的动作要领不
同，要熟练掌握而且能无缝转换。要声音好听就更难了，要求力量来自肩背，要求用胳
膊的自重发音，不能抬胳膊，不能压手腕，不能有多余的力量。Easy to say 啊，有

在IPAD上我们用过NoteWorks，是老师建议的。另外的试用过的有Sight Reading HD。
其实我觉得最好的是PC上的一个免费软件Jalmus：www.jalmus.net/。还有一个
叫做Synthesia:www.synthesiagame.com/，但是需要掏钱买educational package才得
到所有功能。
这些软件最好还是配合电钢和MIDI cable才能发挥最大作用。这些软件的主要作用是练
习快速的sight reading包括note value, intervals和rhythm，对家长音乐知识有限的
作用更大一些。:-)你甚至可以把要练习的曲子load进去，至少解决了一个因为不懂曲

首先是游泳。娃最近游了两次比赛。成绩很不理想。觉得动作有进步的项目不但成绩不

做，说不要求速度了，结果他还是错的一塌糊涂。我降低了预期，控制了火气，说我
ANGRY是因为我的身体告诉我事情的危急性，必须及时行动－－你的数学就到了很危急
的时刻。当然真要行动，靠着急发火是解决不了问题的，要冷静行动－－解决你数学问
