SCA5提案撰写人赫南德兹（Ed Hernandez）的要求下，加州众议会将不会对SCA5采取任
何行动。派瑞兹表示，根据目前的情况，他认为SCA5既不会在众议会投票中通过，也不
会对某些族裔入学率降低作出改善。并将该提案送回至参议院。由于前些日子里加州参
议员变动，导致民主党失去了2/3多数。因此SCA5将无法再次通过加州参议院表决。（
SCA5是宪法修正案，需要加州参议院2/3多数通过才能进入众议院）
至此，从2月初开始的，为期近一个月的反对SCA5的华人抗争活动取得了初步胜利。这
也是新一代华人在美国政治抗争的第一次重大胜利，将写入美国华人的史册。

昨天下了班跟LD打个小报告就屁颠屁颠跑去rez，这两天额外开放到9点，很是难得，平
常都只开到7点，赶不上黄金时段，今天终于有机会了，结果...被告知租kayak还是只
到7点。maya，我这下水都6点了...
没办法，苍蝇也是肉不是，钓多久算多久了。可惜鱼情不佳，平日上大blue gill的几
个窝都没动静，大嘴在这小湖里本来就是稀客。临了要还船了，靠近岸边的时候
trolling被咬了一口，还没钩上，收拾好东西准备悻悻的打道回府，这时候过来一小哥
，往下船处靠外一点的水面一指，说那有structure，可以试试。那正对着旁边靠着rez
的私人dock，我估摸着可能是那家人沉了杂物在那，水位高的时候本来就是个好点。可
惜现在水位比往日低了好几尺，那块估计就2-3尺深，可能还不到2尺。死马当活马医吧
。没想到这个到了饭点就是不一样，半个小时擒获数条未成年辣妹，有两口还是在几乎
是脚边的位置咬上的，后面岸上小本的音乐还放的轰隆隆的。期间跑鱼一次，断线两次

Portuguese manager José Mourinho at the end of the season. Pérez had

FIFA said it has charged the player with contravening its disciplinary code
and Suárez, who has been punished twice for biting players in previous
incidents, faces a ban of at least two matches if he's found guilty of
assaulting an opponent, and up to 24 matches or 24 months. The player may
