旧的名牌电烙铁，旧的显微镜，再买个USB的显微镜，普通的表面贴都不是问题。
BGA这样焊盘在芯片底部的就没办法了，要用炉子或者Hotair Rework Station。比较严
格的在焊完后要做x-ray检查BGA的焊接，这个单个个人做不了。
我有个自己的公司可以做这种焊接的活，也有炉子和Hotair Rework Station,几个墨西
哥同事Technician也是专门做这个的可以业余挣点外快，小批量，要焊接要换芯片的都
可以。大批量的建议你们直接找加州或者国内的PCB厂家做。
顺便给自己打个广告，您有小批量，要焊接要换芯片的我的公司都可以帮您做。(BGA可
以焊但没有X-ray检查) |

1。 how long? 一页左右。 针对每一个专业，需要有不同的ps。
2。不应该：书写错误； 过于详细，不是CV，需要有重点； 过于华丽； 太普通，不是
life story。需要展示inside of youself，如果有gap或重考的话，可以讲讲你是怎么
征服困难的，怎么变得更强，怎么作出反应的。 经常是pd看到你的简历或成绩，有了
疑问的话，就想在你的ps里面找到答案。
不要说什么‘want to help people'这种空话，也不需要emotional。
3。 应该： 显示你的独特性。为什么选这个专业，为什么你适合这个专业，你对
training以后将来的打算。 从ps里面应该能看出你的品性，你和人交流的能力，也对
面试时有影响。（不要用商业的人写ps）program很注重一致性。一方面是你的ps给人
的感觉，和真正面试时的感觉要一致。另一方面，你和不同的面试人员，秘书，
resident接触的时候也应该表现一致。
ps还应该让你从众人中脱颖而出，让program的人看完以后就想见见真人。或者提

错的是，游戏里的demand实际上是desire，也就是老百姓想买啥，而不考虑他们能不能
买得起。所以你实际上要看当前市场生产了多少，被买了多少。1.2修正版马上要出来
了，看看P社有没有改进逻辑设计。MOD只能改script部分，不可能改code。这种逻辑错
误只能靠官方改进 |

2.我人民移居殖民地，都当了士兵。现在军事分25000，还在猛涨。

P社又一巨大bug，每个state只能有一个crats POP，如果有一个本地的，就不能有主体
民族的。这个好难解决，连我推荐的MOD想了好久还是不敢改，因为担心英国把印度变
成州，把印度工业化那大家都不要过了
这个更没办法，因为你又不能建工厂，他们能干什么
这个是我解释过的的，需求是假的，实际上是desire，不是demand，人民想买买不起啊 |

can invent the car engine, you must first invent the wheel. Chinese people
can do more than just copy, but when you are so far behind you have to play
catch up first. I don't think anyone ever said anything about American
copying when they basically copied all of the German weapons from WII from
the v2 rocket, to jet technology.

声望。任务内容都很简单，手熟的话一小时内就搞定了。因此虽然看上去日常待遇虽然
一般，但是计算时薪的话是收益挺丰富的。
为了这稳定可靠的收益，很久很久以前，我每次在 WOW 里上线都会到太阳岛去做日常
。后来，最近三个月，我尝试延续了一下这个优良传统。

很悲惨地，前后被 Fackbook 的 recruiter 委婉地鄙夷了两次，觉得，再不做点什么
事不如回家种红薯算了
背单词：道具拓词（虽然拓词很buggy啊）给我的日常在大部分都在1小时左右，考
虑到帝都这交通效率，每天的公交时间能完成一半。效果是完成了托福核心词汇。
泛读：对泛读来说，起床时间、带薪大便时间、公交时间差不多了，道具是手机上
的 Pocket 和 iPad 上的 Flipboard 这种东西。。这三个月的内容是 Lifehacker，
Hacker News 和 Rework。效果是读下来发现不少刚背完的词。
精读：内容一般就手头拿着的文章。由于依赖 MS Word 这种施法道具，因此只能
