政治化在欧美最主要体现是垄断，既得利益者不愿意开发新市场，
WiFi技术不发展也有同样的原因。各大电信商在参众两院都有众多的lobbyist，
数量不比石油汽油公司少多少。
垄断反过来使得市场变得更加政治化。市场政治化，风险极大。
正经做生意的不想趟这个浑水。
苹果谷歌都只做终端。不愿意做网络基础建设和运营。
恶性循环，越垄断越政治化，越政治化越垄断。
同样的，中国市场也是如此，华为中兴能够跑出来，政治原因是主要的。
理解这些就能理解美帝为啥封杀华为中兴了，第一意识形态问题，
第二垄断问题。华为中兴在lobbying上花钱太少甚至没花钱，根本摸不着门，
土鳖在洋大人市场根本不会玩。

2个问题:
1) 4.625% - 有必要现在做 re-finance吗 ? 还是在 shopping around 或等credit
score 上去了再做?
2) 想打电话去Equifax argue, 能解决问题吗? Equifax 说我们 " proportion of
balances to credit limits is too high on bank revolving or other revolving
accounts", " too many accounts with balances" - 这个我们不同意.

别的，同一个银行里。至于你说的税，我觉得不会有这种情况。不过我不是做税的，不
能做评论。贷款交什么税？没听说过
一般情况下HEL的利率比HELOC低，但是HEL只能借一次钱。还有要注意的是在收贷款税
的州，税是根据名义总额征收的。就是说10万的HELOC，即使你一分钱都没有用，仍然
要交10........

理由主要都是revolve blance too high
除了前几天发过的关于citi的是hard pull太多
心里还纳闷难道用30%~40%的额度就已经很高了，或者是不是因为checking帐户里每个
月发钱后剩下的很少造成的，后来刻意减少每个月使用量
直道前几天去看了信用报告Experian的，发现我的帐户和别人的合在一起了，那个人常
常刷到90%~95%的信用额度。
然后打电话dispute，客服就跟我说应该申请他们会员，随时监测帐户动态，就不会有
这问题了。今天dispute处理完毕，又要我最好申他们会员，随时监控动态，以免这种
事情再度发生。想有时是不是刻意给你点错误，让你吸取教训加入他们的会员。
以前就对他们家印象不好，想着法子挣钱的感觉。一次没看清小字，被收了15刀；而且
到处都是引诱你点收费的地方，比如三分报告之类的。
还有个关键问题是，那些hard pull在dispute后仍然都留在上面，其实很多hard pull
是由于他们信息误导造成的，比如AMEX的SPG，申了三次，三次都是同样的理由revolve |

信用卡公司一年挺赚钱的，但是每个帐户平均利润并不很高，一年也就是一两百块，碰
上坏的年景还没那么多。其中利息收入部分占的最多，也是CUSTOMER SEGMENTATION的
重要因素。打个折扣算你要是每年能给公司带来５０块的利息收入，那么排最差客户你
肯定是上不了榜了。所以说把眼光放远点还是对的，按照１５％的利息，一年REVOLVE
个３，４百块BALANCE没什么大不了的，但是可以大大减低被全关卡的风险。 被关卡的
同学要么干了坏事，要么对公司来说实在没油水。当然，你要是铁公鸡，当我没说，不
过，人有时别太扣了，只钻钱眼的多多少少会吃亏。

降11分。gold卡被列在了revolving中，不过上面写的是open。credit limit一栏上面
是空的，并不是把highest balance算做了credit limit. 在revolving中，并没有把
gold卡的balance算到utilization ratio里面，但是在total那一栏里，把gold卡的
balance算入了总的debit to credit。总credit limit没变，debit增加了。坑爹！
另外，这是我第二张amex的卡，open date并没有跟第一张amex一样，看到的open date
就是我gold卡的开卡日期，跟我第一张bcp的开卡时间并不相同……

十刀跌到十刀左右，最低在11月21日跌到两刀以下（$1.91）。后来投资者意识到该公
司盈利方式并无风险，于是返身杀入，股价从那以来一直在六到十刀之间徘徊。
这时候出现了一个人，此人曾经在华尔街当过黑老大，将高盛从合伙制黑帮转变成为上
市公司；后来被排挤出华尔街，跑到华盛顿做了五年参议员；然后竞选州长，又当了几
年新泽西的州长，然后竞选连任失败，于是跑到MF做CEO.
他一来就要把MF变成另外一个高盛，于是将公司业务从结算扩张到操盘交易和自营交易
和投资银行，此时正好高盛和大摩被金融危机搞得筋疲力尽，为了向联储借钱，不得不
变成bank holding company,服从联储约束，所以忍痛缩小甚至割掉操盘交易和自营交
易。MF异军突起，本来是可以迅速增长，从卖草鞋的老刘变成盘踞一方的皇叔。
不料希腊哈哈一笑说，我向天下借的钱，还不了啦。大家看着办吧。整个欧洲主权债券
应声而落。
MF手里的债券转眼贬值，再加上熊霸股市，牛藏谷底，前两天季度业绩一公布，损失惨
重，股价立刻从3块5跌到1块零7分。
