行，无疑会促使IBM等大公司招用新留学生，一边克扣他们的收入，一边替他们办理公
司移民。
短期看似乎是增加了新留学生的就业机会，长期看将阻碍本国公民和学生就业，也将引
起新一轮的大公司裁员。大公司将以办理移民为幌子，大量廉价招募新学生，在办理完
移民后把这些要求加薪的熟练工一脚踢开，继续招收新毕业的留学生。
再假如，谷歌等跨国公司把移民作为公司福利把亚洲的高级员工移民过来，又怎么办？

据省新民党2月22日获悉并公布的数据，自安省7月1日引入“统一销售税”（HST）之后，省民将会面对每年225元电费和气费的上涨。同时，对多伦多的居民来说，市府在新一度的财政预算中引入的“娱乐费”税项，也增加了市民的生活负担。
这实在是一个坏的苗头，经济危机并没有过去，失业的人数依然高居不下，而省政府居然竟然就拉开了加税加费的帷幕，每年“不遗余力”地从省民口袋里挖钱，就算杀猪，也得先养肥，刚看见长肉的样子，就把锅里的水烧开，实在是让人无语。有很多人愤怒，政府除了收钱，有没有想过办事，譬如提高本地的经济力等等。
HST令电气费年涨225元
据悉，“统一销售税”(HST)是自由党省政府于去年的预算中提出，曾被两大反对党(保守党和新民党)以及很多省民强烈反对。不过，藉着省议会里的多数席位，自由党政府还是于去年年底“强行”通过了这一新税制。

炖鸡在 TB 的playoff record是2胜4负。Career playoff record是9胜10负。
炖鸡在colts 7年，有大满拧这样史上前5的QB和强大的进攻，才拿一SB。
为啥炖鸡一打playoff就歇菜？而古墩一来TB就拿冠军？主要原因是古墩revamp the
whole TB offense, 改变了炖鸡式不求无功但求无过的消极进攻方式. 有了积极进取的
进攻，即使不得分也消耗了比赛时间，从而给TB 防守减轻了很多压力并且保持了体力

排名第三的彼得堡的state hermitage museum，拍过电影russian ark，就记得金碧辉
煌，没看到什么画……
排第15的Yale Center for British Art我也常觉得比英国的画廊都好……小而精致，
各个时期和画家的代表作收集得很精，介绍也很精，看完印象很深。建筑也很宽敞明亮
，令人愉快，不过太亮是不是对画不好。
有个Doha的Museum of Islamic Art。希望有机会去。
台北故宫上榜，北京故宫没上，倒是北京的789工厂榜上有名。说最近有一个Duchamp
and/or/in China的展览，到六月中截止。听着挺有趣，不知道goldy去看过没。
第50名是波士顿的museum of bad art，听着很好玩，有人去过吗？
Times另外还评选了世界50 museums，我没Times帐号，看不到全文（这篇50 galleries
是其他报纸转载的），谁有帐号的能不能分享一下？谢谢！
