这里我也先公开承认一下自己早前犯过的错误，在这个楼的第 14 页、第 265 楼，我
有贴出自己的hw3b，但现在我必须向亲爱的读者一一您公开道歉。因为当时因为着急，
我没能找到hw3b deadline前的版本，就把这次作业后来的最终版本（也就是那个楼贴
出来的，只剩下ReturnK、CompoundK两条小尾巴的版本，那个版本被我改动了时间戳我
现在已经把它改回来了。相比于急于求成绩，我更希望自己作一个诚实的人，希望大家
能原谅）给贴出来了。因为我们作业deadline之后也还都是可以接着交的，所以任何作
业，老师都是可以根据后来的版本，追终到这个学生的最后进展的，这个最新进展老师
到底给不给分、就要看老师如何下决定了。

以机构投资者为主导高效率市场的投资策略，大部分投资人基于长期投资的规划可以满
足基于此的Market Average Return。而相反的极端例子可能就是国内的A股市场，以散
户主导，信息不透明，追涨杀跌短期投机行为为主，所以可能并不适合index策略。
基于上面的理解，我个人觉得在以Index investing为主的策略下，追求短期high retu
rn为目标适当配置一部分Active Fund （如一些Dividend Growth）或如P2P之类的新As
set Class，也并不冲突。

I sold some stock shares at 2009 as part of ESPP (employee stock purchase
plan). Since I was certified as W-8 BEN at 2009, the broker only sent me the
1042-S from instead of 1099-B form, which only covers the divident. I have
been filling as resident alien since 2008, and switched to W-9 certified at
Mar.2010 when broker notified me my previous W-8 is expired at 12/31/2009.
