月初帮着板上的一位老兄在HP代购了一个laptop,因为是定制的,昨天才寄出,收到
shipping后高高兴兴的通知了这位老兄,谁知道他老兄第一句话就是要退货,因为看到
了更好的deal
之前说好了没有price match。
大家说说如果是你,怎么处理?

I appreciate these cost - but this is what "business" is about and - I
believe HP will loose more than you.
As I said, I think it's fair that I will not responsible any other cost
since HP will not charge you on the returns.
