发帖数: 142 | 1 Retrofit偶的小破车（R12->R134a)
长话短说，在偶87年的小破车在jackstand上渡过了
两个月以后，突然发现以前还工作的AC已经不行了。
打开以后都是热风，压缩机不启动。以前也能够感觉
到不是非常的冷，但是起码制冷。估摸着是该改到
R134a了。关于如何确认这一点，可以看看偶的AC电
路检测的帖子。
除了retrofit到R134a，本来也可以重新加R12，但
问题是价格昂贵（$18/lbs），而且不能随意买到。
按照法律规定，只能在认证过的车铺里面添加，而且
需要保证系统没有leak（呵呵，车铺给偶的报价是
$200多做一次），否则不能做。因此基本上，不考
虑这个选择。
相比而言，R134a就便宜的多。Walmart里面一罐子
也就$5左右，要多少有多少，还不用去车铺里面挨
宰，自己什么时候都可以加。估计每年一罐子，足
够了。
在进行retrofit以前，首先需要明白两种系统的区别。
R12制冷效果最好，需要使用mineral oil润滑系统。
R134a是R12的替代品，制冷效果差10%左右，另外系统
的工作压力也会相应升高。因为R134a的分子更小，

原厂没有加装6FL： AUX/USB 接口，现在想装，不知道在哪儿能找到这个part？
问了dealer， dealer现在只能装ipod interface kit,这个是装在手套箱里的，也不是
usb接口，跟6FL不一样。
版上能人多，求教在哪里可以找到这个usb/aux retrofit kit (6FL).

发帖数: 7355 | 3 铝框，外墙stucco。一共３个block窗， １４个带fin的窗，１个patio door。
patio door太重，请工厂装的（２５０刀），讲好带走旧patio door时，也带走旧窗 :)
工具：电钻，grinder／cutter。
１，量尺寸，找最小宽，高。有的工厂叫减３／８，有的叫减１／４。俺先定了一个，
宽减１／４，高减１／８，试下来，根本不必减。retrofit窗的四角，各凸出个小尖，
用utility knife削去，就多出了至少１／８。其余１６个窗没减，只３－４个用
utility knife削了下。
２，每个窗４个screw， 要３寸的。
３， block的比带fin的好装，省去磨平stucco了。
４，因为尺寸很fit，shingle用的很少。
５， liquid foam，Lowe说用４。９５／罐的，不会过后涨，胡扯，与２。９５的一样
，过后都涨。
６，silicone，Lowe说用１００％silicone的，４。９９／只，工厂用的最便宜的，俺
心虚，用的３。５９的（３。９９，１２只３。５９） |

根据图片，我的理解是：
把原玻璃去掉，但窗户框保留，因为框是镶在墙上的。
然后放上新的retrofit的窗户。这种窗户的特殊设计，可以使新窗户的框遮盖住原窗户
的框。
最后，密封。
不知道我的理解对不对。
如果真是这样，那新窗户的玻璃面积将远小于原窗户。如果换，就需要把家里的窗户都
换了，以保持一致。 |

我现在不清楚新窗户的下侧和老金属frame之间是否要留空隙? 还是直接架在金属frame

发帖数: 3320 | 8 我在南加州，现在准备修地基。说说我的情况，可能对大家有帮助。我的地基也有裂缝
，但是所有的人都说没有问题。我也认为没有问题。买房房检的时候也没有发现地基有
问题。后来地基的问题是我自己发现的，在前面有个拐角的地方混凝土地基低于地面，
这样有些土接触到地基的sill plate，就是混凝土上面横着的木条，stud就是坐落在
sill plate上。 因为土有湿度，木头怕水，时间长了有些sill plate有损坏。大约有
20英尺长的地基有这个问题。
先找了一家地基公司，说是要把这20英尺长的混凝土地基打掉一部分，在重新建新的混
凝土地基，新建的地基高出地面，要价一万两千美元。同时建议地震retrofit，都加起
来要大约一万五千。
我又从angies list找了第二家专门作地基的公司，是个老头。检查了说不是太大的问
题，木头虽然有损坏，但不严重。他说你当然可以把这一部分换掉，但是他认为没有必
要，属于overkill。他的建议是从外面建一个concrete skirt，这样就能防止土接触木

发帖数: 142 | 24 首先如果感觉AC制冷效果不好，就应该考虑加制冷剂了。
如果93以后的车型，基本上都是R134a，直接去walmart买一套就行了。
否则需要Retrofit R12到R134a。这个基本上是废话。呵呵。
大家应该都知道。至于如何retrofit，那是另外一个topic，等偶
下周做完了偶的，再来总结。
加装的过程参照购买的kit上的说明。有没有压力表，关系不大。
因为基本上用不到，是个摆设。下面偶会解释。基本过程是
打开AC，风扇最大，3-5分钟以后，开始加装。R134a罐子上连接好
控制阀门，连上皮管，接在lower pressure fitting上(从压缩机
到车里面的粗管子，盖子上有L字样)。确认牢靠以后，打开阀门，
开始加注。用手感觉低压管的温度。只要感觉满意了（冰凉），
里面冷风的温度也冷到一定程度。就立刻停止。千万避免加注过量。
常见的加注错误就是加入了过量的R134a。这会增加compressor的负担，
同时有可能堵塞里面的expansion valve。这样的修理费用会超过$300，
甚至$800-1000。
没有必要买带压力表的refill kit主要的原因是，通 |

New construction就是要把原来的框拿掉，比较麻烦一些， 一般一个window要多收$
175左右。但是patio door by default就是new construction，费用应该是已经包括在
内的。
Retrofit就是保留原来和墙连在一起的框，新的窗框是安在旧的之上的，所以新的
window size会稍微小一些 |

换窗户，retrofit是小活，new construction可是大工程了
两者施工造价区别巨大，有银子请qualified 施工队做new construction当然好了
retrofit没啥不好，唯一问题是窗户小了一圈
比milgard估计没法比，milgard是brand name
mailibu就是local工厂做的普通窗户
不过要不是豪宅估计也没啥大区别
真要豪宅的话，也不会装vinyl窗户吧，呵呵，vinyl这个材质本身就给人感觉很cheap
不就是塑料吗 |

就是你设定好了gridline，然后自己琢磨哪里放slab，column，
高级点的我也就会如何detailing，其他的不行了。
感觉这个都是建筑系玩的东西，以前学校跟建筑系的做过一个项目，他们玩revit跟
google sketch up跟什么似得。
如果是做医院，你们州的PE就可以了？
他让你用revit，只是想让你做BIM之类的，这样跟客户沟通比较方便，可以直接让客户
看图。
至于GIS，我就不知道怎么涉及到单个建筑了，如果是说ArcGIS这个貌似跟结构设计没
多大联系。
去医院参观，是让你看要retrofit的项目？那你就仔细看看医院结构之类的。
有可能涉及到了light gage steel curtain wall， ceiling，seismic bracing （
HVAC和其他管道），
可以参考一下OSHPD之类的东西。

心代表，北陆电力志贺核电厂停止诉讼原告特别辅佐人，东北电力女川核电停止诉讼原
告特别辅佐人，福岛二号核电厂三号机运转停止诉讼原告证人。「核电劳工救济中心代
表」在他仙逝后，因后继无人关闭
