at Michigan for a few years. But Phelps did not swim for Michigan because
he was a professional swimmer. He basically never attended college. Others
like Lochte, Vollmer all swam in college for their college teams.
Phelps will retire (from professional swimming) after the London Games.
Since he still has 4 years of eligibility, we may see him swim NCAA. He is
going to attend Drexel. |

博士后第三年换了个学校,不是美国同一州; 出现个养老金的问题:
博士后第二年开始交养老金403b,交了一年; 自己贡献3%,学校同比例补助一半; 新学校
没有补助. 现在打算roll over过去, 原学校规定工作没有满3年的话,学校部分不能带
走, 只有自己部分可以带走;
所以我问问大家是不是可以不roll over, 设定两个账号.拿之前的一年的钱做做小投资
什么的, 这样行得通不? |
