只要用了faq里的正确电话，接电话的人是整天专门回答这类问题的，几乎不可能回答
错。
其实航空公司如果收不到i94，航空公司没有任何损失，也无需承担如何后果，唯一可
能受影响的是旅客无法证明自己按时出境，将来进来可能有麻烦。所以航空公司其实没
有如何动力去收；说不交就不让上飞机的，其实是唬人；旅客和航空公司其实就是相互
bluffing, 看最后谁先撑不住。从来没有看到过例子说旅客一口咬定i94丢了的，航空
公司会因此不让上飞机；都是旅客经不住忽悠交了，然后回来的时候一堆麻烦事
不好意思你这个帖子正好翻页了，我根本不记得前面的内容，也没有去看上一页的内容
，回帖完全是针对你上面那个考古的帖子回的，意思就是考古要考完整，不要单独抽一

戴retainer，我已经戴了retainer一年半了，平时不觉得牙齿松动。
过程还是有些不便的，因为吃东西的时候食物很容易挂到固定braces的铁丝上，所以我
少吃零食，一日三餐以后都刷牙，用牙线。当然这样也养成了好习惯，现在我吃完饭就
刷牙。
现在我觉得自己笑容灿烂了许多，自信了许多，而且牙齿也健康了许多，整牙是绝对值

一阵挺痛苦，咬不到一起么，就没啥能吃的，过了那几个星期就好了。不能吃太硬的东
西，比如骨头，坚果类。还有最好少吃咖喱，因为橡筋会染上黄色，满嘴‘黄牙’能吓
到人的，如果真想吃就熬到去看医生前一晚，哈。后来因为没坚持带retainer，到了第
2第3年的时候中缝有点跑出来，到现在10多年了，没啥变化也不明显就让他去了。-_-"
想想以前的那个医生还挺负责任的，说是不仅要保持牙齿清洁更要注意牙周的保养，牙
周健康才能最大限度防止牙周病，避免牙齿松动。这话我牢记至今阿，每天刷牙时顺道
按摩按摩牙龈。
以前还问过医生带金属和陶瓷除了美观和价钱上的区别，医生说金属相对陶瓷的力量会
大一些，所以带金属的完成时间较陶瓷的短。那我想如果做透明的话，限制会更多吧，
毕竟只是一个类似retainer的牙套，力量肯定不及橡筋和铁丝的，应该只适合微调。 |

整牙需要LIFE TIME MAITAIN，很多TEEN整了没几年，就又变回去了（当然不会有以
前严重）。RETAINER一定要天天带，尤其是头几年，还没有稳定的时候。
很多ORTHODONTIST都喜欢用FIXED RETAINER。目的就是要起到长时间的稳定作用。
INVISALIGN只适合小部分人群，或者可以和BRACES结合使用。
对INVISALIGN的争论还是有的，他有很成功的案例，也有不少并不成功的案例（当然推
销者是不会告诉你失败案例的）。 |

会都没有，何必想象有多难受呢？如果你的医生说能做，恐怕你也就忍着难受去做了吧！
retainer再难受，没有矫正的时候那么难受，即使是矫正，也就是每周刚收紧的那两天
疼，过了那个劲就好了，因为牙齿正过来就不跟套子较劲了。我有retainer，戴上去没
有什么不舒服的，矫正又不是一天两天，早习惯嘴里戴个东西了。我矫正牙齿的一个
side effect就是说话吐字格外清楚，长期嘴里含着矫正牙套说话练出来的。 |

To be honest, it was horrible at the very beginning, esp considering how
much I love food....I did cry too because it did hurt a lot.
I dont want to sound too aggressive about this, because I think it really
should be your own decision. It also varies case by case. My teeth is
definitely more terrible than yours. At the same time, I also have zero
tolerance about my problem: I strive to fix whatever problem I face.

今天刚刚取下来
说下经验
1。价格
价格是6000块
我保险cover 1500 (不管是传统的braces还是invisalign)
最后retainer还要额外的几百
2。时间
因为我小时候做过一次braces 后来因为没有好好戴retainer 所以现在有点歪 所以这
次其实是微调 所以我只需要做6个月
一个朋友是第一次整牙 需要戴2年
因为力道不如braces大 所以需要的时间也久一些
3。需要注意的
如果你每天戴至少22个小时 并且不需要用它大调整 （比如那种需要拔四颗牙的
invisalign就不行）
一般的情况下invisialign适合调整不超过5mm的
我的牙医说 适合invisalign的人群只占所有整牙人群的5%不到 理由如上
最后的效果和braces是一样好的
有的人说效果不好 一来是可能他的case本来就不适合（i.e.牙齿调整的位置超过了5mm
）或者是他没有坚持戴（因为随时可以拿下来） |

地边是concrete
retaining wall，和草地一般高，被我请人连带着前后院得patio都给砸了。我会把

wall用石块垒的稍微高点，然后垫点土弄个小坡度，靠门得这边用石子埋根管子。以前

两个房子的地界修了一道很矮的retaining wall.在这个retaining wall，也就是在紧
挨着地界的地方种的树。所以有三分之一的树枝都伸到我这边来了。离他的房子的墙挺
远的，可是离我家的墙很近。再长一长就会触到我的窗户和gutter.
HOA 就是有规定树枝不能到隔壁的地界。
也许最后没办法就只有找HOA。本来也是想和邻居商量来着。 |

忘记，他们以前忘记过两次，流了一两天，流到山坡下的邻居家人家来说了才想起来。

门口山坡下邻居留言说他们发现流水通知市里管水的把总阀关了，但不知道什么时候关
的。昨天把邻居从机场接回来，他们发现后院山坡塌了，铁网栏杆倒了，这个斜坡特别
斜，至少45度，而且他们家这部分光秃秃草也没有的除了两颗橙子树，其中一棵往山坡
下歪到，山坡裂开条沟，幸亏下坡邻居种了很多树挡住了栏杆和树没有滑的太厉害。现
在雨季来了，这周末又要下雨，他们找了人看，说要修retaining wall,还不知道多少
钱，肯定要上万，虽然他们没有自己提出来要我们承担一部分责任，但是我心里很过意
不去，他们家也不是很富裕，上次我们提出要修边界的栅栏，他们不是很积极，觉得太
