The smaller-sized images out of the 5D Mark III are spectacular. They are
much, much sharper and cleaner than images from cameras on which that is
their native resolution. When you start with over 20MP, it looks pretty good
if you use all those to make 11MP or 5MP.
Why? Because they use less, or no, Bayer interpolation. No digital camera
really resolves its rated resolution; they cheat and interpolate up, so at
100% at its rated resolution, no digital camera image is as sharp as a true

reference resolution equal to 8 Megapixels. 这个还能有其他解释嘛?
之所以用的N0, 没有写8MP, 因为这个8mp是个任意值, 具体选8mp, 还是9mp, 7mp, 没
有区别,只要统一就行, 都是一个reference resolution值而已, 而这个reference
resolution值用N0代表. |

如果不理解dxo的测试方法, 那么dxo的sensor测试结果就完全没有意义
dxo给了数学公式的计算的normalized的结果,

pixel resolution, 在这种情况下会产生alias.
上面那些高ISO的图本来的resolution就不高, normalize后也远到不了pixel

发帖数: 396 | 12 网上有很多方法。我的一点经验是，大光圈头跑不跑焦很明显，直接调就行。小光圈头
跑不跑焦是统计意义上的 ：即使对焦偏一点，也有相当比例的照片很锐。对焦偏得越
远，完全对上焦的照片几率越小。偏到一定程度，照片就明显糊掉了。网上最极端的做法
是对每个微调值拍resolution chart，计算resolution，然后画出resolution对微调值
的曲线，再用二次曲线拟合，找到对应resolution最高的微调值。我觉得这个方法虽然准
确，但太费力也太overkill了。我的方法是看微调+， -多少糊掉的程度和几率差不多
，然后取中值作为微调值。
你搜一下也许能找到一些更有效的方法。 |

从intel网站直接DOWNLOAD UPDATE 的DRIVER程序：
被告知出错。因为是品牌机，所以得从DELL DOWNLOAD.
去DELL的网站DOWNLOAD:
更新DISPLAY ADAPTER的程序。
更新了和新MONITOR配套的DRIVER.
结果：好象最高设置就变成了1400X1050，显示比原来好了，但是还是无法达到
1920X1080的理想状态。
去CNET的网站DOWNLOAD了POWERSTRIP. 这个程序好象非常不USER FRIENDLY,折腾了半天
都不太清楚是怎么用。
我点了DISPLAY PROFILE里面的CONFIGURE, 再点了ADVANCED TIMING OPTIONS,再点了
CUSTOM RESOLUTIONS, 在右边的NEW RESOLUTION里面选了1920X1080，RESOLUTION RATE
设为HORIZONTAL 67, VERTICAL 为60， ASPECT RATIO设为16：9，然后点ADD NEW
RESOLUTION,然后就被问是否要RESTART.
我RESTART了好象没什么变 |

1. Open the System Preferences (either from the Dock or from the Apple
menu).
2. Open the Displays Panel and choose the Display tab.
3. On the left of the Displays tab you can select one of the Resolutions
from the list. Higher resolutions allow you to see more “stuff”. IT is
recommending at least 1024x768 unless you have a specific reason to use a
lower resolution.
4. Quit or close the System Preferences when done. |

对于ETD还是CID，在OT里做high resolution的MS2都更有利。而ETD是有利于high
charge state，long peptide的fragmentation。所以，如果你的样品确实有很多long
peptide的话（你去raw data file，average一段MS1的data就有底了），用OT scan
MS2会让搜索效果更好。你搜索时记得把fragment ions的error window舍得很窄，这样
才起到high resolution的效果。比如10 or 20ppm，或者0.01 m/z，取决于你具体的
accuracy。你可以试试MS2用15000 resolution with 20 ppm error window。
关于省时间的问题。诚然IT确实比OT省时间，如果你用老一代的LTQ Orbitrap，这个确
实是个大concern。但技术在进步，Orbitrap Fusion已经在设计上提供了比过去快得多

which is around 2-3M? for 2M or 3M sensor size, the screen resolution won't
waste too much about the sensor resolution...just by intuition, not a
camera guy... |

high resolution picuture so that people can appreciate the high resolution
on screen, otherwise if it is the same size, people won't tell the
difference with low resolution picture due to scree resolution. |
