lz想以GCM的水平精度为2度证明三峡面积小，在GCM中不足以产生影响。这有几个问题
1）首先你要承认GCM是准确无误的。三峡问题本事就是争议问题，有论文指出GCM可以
准确预测水利工程对气候的影响么？请给出出处。
2）GCM的用处。顾名思义，是对全球长时间气候做研究的，比如厄尔尼诺现象，看的是
时间跨度几十年的事。论据：GCM无法考虑火山爆发等现象对气候的短期影响（参见
wiki）。而三峡就是这样的事件。所以GCM无法对三峡的影响做判断。
3）最致命的，GCM的精度的确定标准是什么？lz的逻辑是，GCM的确定标准是达到这个
精度就足够了。但事实是，由于计算能力所限，只能在这个精度上进行建模。因为精度
加一倍，意味着计算量大4倍，成指数增长。所以这是个妥协。这完全不能证明这个精
度够了。而事实是，这个精度完全不够。我非专业，只能用wiki，引用如下。事实是，
现有模型HiGEM就比lz引用的数据精确多了（精度加一倍，计算量大4倍）。而作为用作

中国加入WTO这么多年，外资银行在中国一直被各种限制，
所以他们的业务一直发展不起来，资金进出也极其不方便。
其他的WTO国家，有几个像中国这样管控金融成这样的，不合法
管，合法也管，限制太多了。
所以，小迪蒙主张一定要和中国立规矩，而且要按规矩行事，
WTO的规矩中国不执行的话，WTO不管的话，美国就该联合自己人
搞TPP，孤立中国，等于是把中国踢出去。
应该不止chase一家对中国有很大的意见，很多人早就对中国不满
了，他们的耐心已经耗光了。
所以，这次的贸易战有得搞了，Trump连任要继续搞，不连任，后面
上来的人也会继续搞。不仅仅是钱的问题了，不开放市场，特别是
金融和资本市场，估计完不了事情的。要是开放的话，中国政府对
这一块掌控会大大削弱。就看中国愿不愿意认怂了。
从企业界，到中下层贫民，美国人的大多数都支持对中国搞贸易战，
逼中国就范了。如果持续升级下去，美华估计也没有好日子过，如
风箱的老鼠，两头受气。

然后我觉得很奇怪，就点了那个detail button （每个transaction 边上都有 的那个
。。）然后出来的页面说buyer开了dispute，所以paypal reversed the payment， 叫
我去ebay resolution center 看dispute。。然后边上有一个link，连到ebay
resolution center， 我点了，但是我的resolution center 没任何case。。。也没看

1 最便宜的方法，是自己拍照自己打印。
2 拍照，可以以白色的墙，或者白色的门，为背景。
3 最好相机放三角架上。
5 最好光线强的地方照，不要用闪光灯； 光线太暗，一定要闪光灯，就不要带眼镜。
6 用Photoshop调整照片颜色。 Image->Adjustments->Level. 你可以调节亮度，和各
个CHANEL的颜色。调到最自然，为止。
7 Image-> rotate canvas->arbitrary 把照片的人头放正。
8 这一步最重要就是按照要求调整照片的大小。一般的方法是，可以通过COPY，粘帖到
符合要求大小的新建的画板上。新建的画板的分辨率（resolution）不一样，那么粘帖
过来的人的大小也会变。比如弄485照片，要求是2X2 inches。 那么 STEP a) 你可以

如连到电视机或投影仪时，图像显示的会是你实际显示器材的native resolution. 一
般电视是480i, 所以你即使使用HD/BD碟机输入1080p的信号，它也会在电视机的内部由
一定的chip来downgrade它，你实际看到的是480i的东西。 高清电视或投影仪也一样，
它内部会有运算模块来保证即使输入的是standard 480i(例如DVD)信号，显示出来的也
是它的native resolution （如720p, 1080i, 或1080p）。 upscalling DVD player内
部也有这么一个chip， 来对DVD信号进行运算再输出。 然而很多高清电视用的这个
chip并不是很好，就像有些便宜的upscalling DVD player效果不好一样。 这时如果用
一个好地scaller, 直接给显示器材输入它native resolution的信号，就会比一般的
DVD机效果好。 Oppo用的就是业内最好的chip, 其他品牌如Denon用同样chip的机型价
位要高好多。 |

1) VodConfig.exe , did you define the screen resolution correctly?
2) You desktop resolution should be same as what you've defined in VodConfig
. You may check this by right clicking desktop , properties | settings |

题目是设计一个registration real time map for linkedin. 每当有人注册linked,地
图上就会有一个点闪一下。
我首先问她的第一个问题是期望的效果是什么样的，多久刷屏一下，resolution到多少
，闪的点是不是越大代表注册人数越多。她说1秒钟刷屏一次，resolution到post code
，点的大小代表什么你自己说了算。我就说因为很可能同一地区有可能一秒钟内有多人
注册，所以我就用点的大写代表人数。然后我就开始设计api，我说我期待api返回一个
数组，数组里每个元素是一个json object，包含latitude,longitude和人数，我每个1
秒钟call一次这个api。然后她就说这不行，服务器只返回country code和post code，
