根据你提供的信息, 我觉得你应该填写CT-1040NR/PY.
正如你文中所说的,non-resident和part-year resident是用同一份税表CT-1040NR/PY.
我手头上没有这个税表和说明,我估计州税上,对于NR和PR是一样的待遇.
你需要找的税表和相应的说明手册,应该是CT-1040NR/PY. |

match..為什麼 為什麼。。我們工資又那麼低，在學校裏面還要那麼拼命。 你看看我
朋友他讀牙醫的， 在學校裏面 除了考試之外，其他什麼都沒幹過。。。人家照樣還是
拿到residency 而且工資比pharmacy 高的多。。
還有我們學校 有個 pharmacy student, 聽說她什麼都沒幹過在學校 不也是照樣拿到
了residency..只是在地方偏僻了一點可是工資卻是很高。。好累好累。。我只想馬上
工資畢業以後， 不過聽說以後hospital 都需要 residency 才能幹。。i hope this

我今年P3了，正在选择明年的appe rotations。今天和advisor见面，我说我想做
residency，我喜欢儿科和传染病。她给了我不少选择的建议。
其实APPE这些我都不太担心，我就想知道国际学生做residency的可能性和前途有多大？
药学院最近又真是饱和得厉害，一波一波的毕业生越来越多。我的美国人同学基本上都
知道自己大概会被cvs或者其他chain聘用，就连成绩很好的同学都不太想申请
residency了，毕竟是binding的啊。
可是我现在不在chain里工作，也没觉得自己想为chain工作，更加没觉得明年会和
chain签合同。。。
想知道p4的同学们，包括正在做pgy1/pgy2的师兄师姐们，你们觉得我应该怎么办？我
真的很想做residency，我想进一步锻炼自己的临床知识，在儿科/ID/肿瘤方面有所发
展。可是万一用OPT做完了pgy1之后没身份了，又难找到下家sponsor h1b怎么办？

在南卡Richland买了房子，申请了assessment as legal resident的4%的property tax
。结果被驳回，说没有绿卡就要交6%的税。这是对的么？难道所有拿到绿卡之前都要交
6%的税？不能作为legal resident of South Carolina？

Internship means尚为学生，不能做操作，只能看，不能动手，说也不可以提出医学建
议只能问寒问暖，因为其实还什么都不懂。internship中文叫做“见习”。
residency时应该已经拿到MD degree，已经可以被称作“doctor”。已经懂了很多医学
知识然而此时还没有足够临床经验，无法独立看病。residency中文叫做“实习”，就
是拿到经验，经过几年（每专业不同）考board，就是被业界评价看是不是可以有足够
临床经验，以至于可以独立看病人。
fellowship中文翻译为“进修”。就是说medical board认为此人可以独立行医，但
somehow特殊的经验还不够，例如普通外科可以做肝胆外科的fellowship，集中学习肝
胆的知识技能和经验，而不是学习疝气阑尾炎这种。不是所有医生都需要做fellowship
，类似于不是所有在中国的医生都需要去其他医院进修一样。
查某一个医生在哪里做的residency，普通人可以查state medical board网站。 |

在美国internship 是指住院医的第一年，每天工作是问诊查体写病历开医嘱，和国内
的住院医很像
residency是指住院医后面几年，指导intern，在attending监督下作临床决策。我去过
的几家比较好的教学医院基本是resident独立做医疗决策，attending只是点头。所以
美国住院医培训出来就可以独当一面独立行医
fellowship是住院医结束后更进一步的训练
所以我自己一直觉得intern相当于国内的住院医，resident和fellow相当于国内主治，
attending或医生相当于国内副高正高
