I'd like to apply an Texas Residency ID card for her. Based on this link:

under "Residency Documents", my mom has no such documents.
Is it ok/enough for me to submit "Texas Residency Affidavit" to support her
residency ID application?

好像提供写有你妈名字地址的信，实际寄到你家的，就可以了。
银行账单，水电账单什么的都可以。你自己寄一封信给你妈好像就行。

一份affidavit，证明父母住在你家地址。同时你自己要准备两份材料证明你自己的地
址，一般是驾照和水电费账单，或者车里的保险单。
