这个不是很同意哈。
我家娃的学校里，那种TalentShow，是要学生自己报名的。如果小朋友愿意表演，那报
了名，老师安排好次序，小朋友表演，自然是不会占用老师和同学的额外时间。
但是具体到LZ的女儿例子里，估计没有LZ的参与的话，小朋友是不会自己主动报名的，
那老师也不会有任何意见，天下太平。
但是由于LZ的Push，老师需要特别帮LZ女儿Reseve Spot，还需要特别去提醒LZ女儿轮
到她了，该表演了，然后被拒绝。话说，如果一堂课，只能让10位小朋友表演，老师为
了LZ女儿Reseve了一个机会，那么其他小朋友的表演机会是不是就少了一个呢（假设有
那么多小朋友愿意表演的话）？那老师是不是为了LZ女儿就做了Extra Work呢（小朋友
没有自己报名，老师需要帮她报；然后提醒上台）？
老师Put Extra Effort，还是一样的结果（LZ女儿拒绝表演），老师估计也很郁闷。而
且还知道，这位学生的家长比较Push，估计还会有后续发展（比如Request下一次的表
演机会啥的），估计就没控制住自己的嘴。

reservation的关系。OOD里面也要有这莫一个对象才是正确的。
如下
Reseveation User.Reserve(RoomSpec spec, DateRange range){
return BookingSystem.GetInstance.Reserve(this,spec, range);
}
in BookingSystem.Reserve(..) find a room with sepc in the range,
then new reseravation(user, room, range) and return.
OOD. 比如设计一个parking lot, 电梯系统这些，照你的理解是不是也是设计一个管理
parking lot的网站呢？预定房间这个一样，我觉得不是让你设计一个网上订房间的网
站，而是就是考察OOD的思路。 |

people will choose impound account if the rate can be lower or rebate can be
significant higher than the none impound.
you need to reserve 4-6 property tax and home insurance in the impound
account. Lender will help you to pay the bill when it is due time.
Pro:
1. might be lower rate
2. might have higher rebate
3. automatically pay the property tax and insurance on behalf of you, in

基本上逃不出一下几条。
1. origination fee。也有loan不叫这个名字，叫什么under writing fee, blahblah
。基本上从基本到上千，depends on你的价钱。上来loan可能先报个1%，说是什么
company policy。基本上这个可以降很多。
2. escrew fee，就是title 公司的钱，这个是title公司的收费。
3. resever，一般包括2个月的property tax, 1年的home insurance premium+2个月的
reserve。如果有HOA，你也可以先预交。
4. 如果你的首付低于20%,你可能还有loan insurance。
基本上如果是50W的房子，在7千刀到8千刀左右吧。看你自己找deal了。如果你买
points，那就更多了。 |

直接BIN，爱买买不爱买不卖，5毛钱一个星期。一个月两块。你那个reserve，一下子
就是2%，差不多够BIN挂一年了。
现在医院基本没有别的方法有意义了。
另外人家既然付钱了，也没啥好说，只要是paypal confirmed就好了。

。要restore。就让他搞，搞完之后，好像真的好了，到目前为止，没有原来的情况了。 |
