How about no 2 real programs are the same. Programming is like doing
innovation. It does not only benefit you, but others as well.
Schedule a meeting, better with your team leader as well, put down
the good and bad of different approaches. And see whose is more
convincing. In reality, team lead or PM has the decision on this
and s/he will be reponsible for the decision. |

When my parents are here, even in YUE ZI, all they do is cooking for us, we
take care of the baby all the time-- yes, wake up every 3 hours, day and
night.
I think parents are here just for help, they dont have any obligation of
anything, especially taking care of the baby, YOU are the parents,just take

10月底，11月初作过几次功课。11月中旬用wondo查怀孕。显示没中。 11月26日用
clearblue，first response和另一个牌子的测。clearblue有很浅的第二根线。first
response 和另一个牌子的几乎看不出来第二根线。11月29日用clearblue, first
response再测。first reponse 测怀孕的那条线比control的线深。clearblue虽然策怀
孕的那条线颜色比上次有所加深，但依然没有control那条线深。我也有腰酸，胸涨的
反应。却不像怀老大一样有恶心，呕吐。到此，我觉得我怀孕了，可hcg水平也许不够
高，所以之前测的颜色一直较淡。今天看了医生。要说也8周了，医生说没有找到
embryo.要监测hcg.今天抽了血。结果明天才出来。然后周5再抽血。看hcg是否翻番。
我觉得，我hcg水平可能不会太高。离我最近一次做功课，也近一个月了。不可能说怀
孕时间太短，找不到embryo. 我这样是不是极大可能宫外孕，或是根本没怀孕？

我当然也接触到不少这样的父母。我们看到那些孩子年纪这么小就可以背诗了，我当然
为他们的聪明而拍手叫好。
我自己的女宝16个月，那天我突然想起在国内地摊买了一张古诗的poster，然后我就贴
在冰箱上，我家女宝就会对着那些画，一会儿爸爸，一会儿妈妈。不过我是不会强迫她
去背的。如果她这么有慧根，要嚷着自己学，我会教她，反正就像很多reponse说的，

fair process before getting dismissed from the school. He should have the
ability to appeal and have an impartial authority to review the decision.
This central matter is the tuition paid upfront. The school dismisses the
students while holding the remaining tuition is unethical and borderline
criminal. Without a due process, any school can take this kind of action and
make this a scam.

9岁了，接近PRE-TEEN了，跟孩子交流的口气方式要开始注意了。因为孩子开始有自己
的主见和意识，而且会逐渐开始“反抗”起来，以求自己意见的表达和被重视。
其实仔细看看你说的，都不算大事。
丢钥匙，丢衣服，对这个年龄的孩子来说都比较正常。我觉得早点培养自己ORGANIZE也
挺重要的，比如整理书包，出门前自己检查东西是否带全了，钥匙怕丢了就穿起来挂在
一个固定不会丢的地方那个（比如书包里），衣服里写标签，要是真丢了就去LOST AND
FOUND找。丢几次，找几次，犯错过几次，慢慢就会了。允许孩子犯错么。我自己还经
常找不到钥匙手机啥的呢。
老师写条。我觉得应该提醒孩子，HOMEWORK是做学生的本分和责任。其实不写作业老师
在学校也会有相应的惩罚。学校惩罚过了，家里只要提醒就好了。批评越多，她怕挨骂
，肯定不会告诉你的。
最后，NEGATIVE REPONSE，我倒觉得是你女儿自己试图表达自己意见未果的结果。有些
