一些重要数据保留下来就是了，大部分没啥用的数据
再弄到另外一个persistence里面去放去，而且不需要做replica
或者做很少的replica，比如做一个备份这样，少做一个replica就省了三分之一
其实就是建一个二级存储，然后二级之后还可以弄三级
二级做一个replica，三级不做replica，如此这般

不好意思，有的地方我说的不是很清楚。这里的snapshot主要是for replica,not for
backup.我不知道具体的原因为什么当时没有用oracle replica，可能是由于钱的原因

既然如此，你单独对每个group分配一个node有啥问题？
当然node资源会过剩
那就把n个groups分配到m个nodes里面去，n可能>>m
根据chatting groups做balance
如果真有必要的话，再做replica，确定主node
如果主node挂掉，选一个replica做主node，同时启动一个replica node补上
不过我觉得毫无必要 |

个基因，又假设每个基因3个replica，就是9管，这样先配9倍体积的1X mix,包括
Mastermix,dye,H2O,cDNA,然后分装成9管，每三管分别加入1个基因的primer；同样对
treated的cDNA也一样。
然后有人说这样就产生了由引物带来的系统误差。我的问题是如果最后加入模板，由
pipeting所产生的误差叫什么误差？如果由引物带来的系统误差都足够大到不能忽略的
话，那么可以想象，由最后一步加入模板所产生的这种误差会大到何等程度。这样反而
最后加引物更为准确了。
不过如果最后加引物，对于同一模板同一扩增基因的replica而言，似乎就没什么意思
了，感觉这种replica目的是要测由所加引物所带来的差别。 |
