没有听懂，就急着回答。遇到这种情况，把心态调整调整到日常对话的状态。没有听清

If you are not and especially minor child automatic citizenship from the
parent and submitting passport as proof of citizen, you WILL get RFE for a
Nxxx type of certificate.
But of course, the child is US citizen. Just that USCIS wants more money if
this type of USC want to be I-130 petitioners. |

基本情况：
大学研究staff。
5 英文，1中文，只有一个并列一作（汗），基本都是3-5分的。还有一个一作的book
chapter 。
80多个引用，60个左右他引吧，没具体数，基本来自非一作。
两个oral presentations，和几个meeting abstracts，一个travel award。
一篇N作有很多media report，不过没有我名字。
十来个review，五个0-4 分的杂志。
推荐信5封，一封现系主任，一封原来PhD老板，三封独立推荐，两个大段引过我文章，
其中一个是欧洲的。（律师和A都要求最好是教授级别的，至少也要是associate，但不
能多）
我和LD两地，一个人带孩子很忙，所以找了律师包写推荐信的那种，后来因为我的特殊
