我是09年8月来美国，J1，刚开始学校把我的身份搞错了（但是还是J1身份，只是
researcher的种类错了），让我交了4个月的联邦税。
4个月之后调整身份，tax treaty生效，就没有再交税。
现在学校寄给我两个表，一个W2，上面显示我的月工资，州税和local税。
一个1042S表，上面显示Gross income, tax rate 和 Federal tax withheld，amount
repaid to recipient等内容，其中Gross，tax rate和Federal tax withheld数据不为
零，最后一个repaid为零。
请问我还能要回来我当时交的那4个月的税吗？怎么才能拿回来呢？
