4个月之后调整身份,tax treaty生效,就没有再交税。
现在学校寄给我两个表,一个W2,上面显示我的月工资,州税和local税。
一个1042S表,上面显示Gross income, tax rate 和 Federal tax withheld,amount
repaid to recipient等内容,其中Gross,tax rate和Federal tax withheld数据不为
零,最后一个repaid为零。
请问我还能要回来我当时交的那4个月的税吗?怎么才能拿回来呢?
