realtor said the lender may not accept the reissued title insurance because
this is a new purchase (not refinance). We have asked our loan coordinator

I think it is very unique color but I don't see it is as vintage look as
which reissue is supposed to be. I perfer vintage look for reissue. this is

是大家在做REFINANCE的时候用的RATE。以前，也遇到过一个类似的CASE，但买主和卖
主是亲戚，我以为两者之间有什么DEAL。这次双方之间没有任何关系。和SETTLEMENT
ATTORNEY聊了聊，原来只要卖主同意提供他/她的TITLE INSURANCE，
卖TITLE INSURANCE的公司，是可以REISSUE 这个INSURANCE的，其价格只是重新买的30
% 左右。。。 这个RATE，不包括LENDER的TITLE INSURANCE。。。
所以，如果买的不是FORECLOSURE或SHORT SALE的房子，而是REGULAR SALE, 大家可以
试试是否可以拿到REISSUE的TITLE INSURANCE。 |

with modern cf design. if you look at 1st one. chain does make big statement
between 1st and 2nd one. Since you already had black CF M/L. why need
another one with only color difference. Unless you could find another
reissue one. I think reissue one will be the most perfect choice.
however,among these 3 options, I would go for 2nd one for sure. could you find reissue 226/ 227? |

都是编的。
结果八马亮出自传出版的一个fine print，说书里人物可能是composite figure，八马
可以把经历过的事情汇集到一个人身上写，所以O8仍然伟大光荣正确。
傅萍应该再版时加上这么一条小字，书里自己的经历可以是身边人的或是中国人可能受

那两张卡。。。为啥我们报失的，然后有receipt，却报失后得不到补偿？这不成了

前几天把照片打印出来去扫了一下，扫不出来。。。哭啊，下次照相记录的时候要照清
楚点才行。。。
然后按照版上大牛的提示，去生成了一个新的条形码，打印出来再去扫。。。还是没成
功，汗，我是打印在白纸上，大小设成和卡上的条形码差不多大
请问类似这种直接打印条形码，有什么需要注意的吗？下周出去玩。。。准备去路上所
有的HD试一遍

要留这张卡么？CL只有3,500，renew之后估计也不太用。。求建议~

一些信息。打回去后，一个叫Nick的supervisor告知他们知道这批卡被compromised，
但目前不再直接退款，而是由bestbuy handle，让我打他们电话，他们会reissue。
于是打bestbuy E-gc客服，好像他们也知道这么回事，问了姓名电话和email，说要上
级部门调查后回复，然后说要周一周二才能给回复。
有没有人bestbuy reissue成功的？ |
