现在就是一来我觉得可能都不一定能出院（因为还怀疑有其他伤没有查清楚），二来医
生说就算能出院可能也得去rehab hospital呆几个星期才能travel.

现在还是转回OREGON先。
要脸皮厚，要学会讨价还价，就说救护车不送的话你们就回不了家，只能住医院，医院
就不能轻易赶你走，他们现在最急的就是把你们赶出去。
到了家，有事就CALL 911，该住院就住院，反正美国是社会主义。 |

小弟不才，博一结束换了方向和导师，然后在新项目本身平台的搭建方面花了很多时间
，所以读了很久都没有一篇像样的conf或者journal。主要做的是机械外骨骼控制、人
体运动建模、中风康复应用。妻子做纯数，我应该比她早毕业，两人之后都想留在美国
（我去工业界做研发）。
1. 得知毕业后申请绿卡审稿数目也是一个得分项（？）想请教各位前辈，在还没有一
些稿子积累的情况下，如何能拿到一些审稿机会？我报名了IEEE RAS YRP项目，但没有
回音。老板(full prof)有100+ paper但不是任何一个杂志或者会议的编辑或组织者。
帮老板申了IEEE T-RO和ICRA的几篇稿子，但credit都给了老板（当时刚到他手下没好
意思提要credit，但后来也问他请求新的审稿机会，一直没有）。
2. 最近在投一篇conf，对于第一篇conf paper，发了很多paper的各位回头看觉得有什
么细节需要注意的吗？
3. 老板也给了一个book chapter让我做一作 （他不是editor），这块有什么需要注意

rehabbed building instead of new construction. as soon as you're familiar with
loan & closing procedure, no buyer agent is necessary - frankly, I don't know
if a buyer agent will take this type of business, caz the seller is a
developer and their price is fix price. unless they are pushing to sell, the
sales office may not split commission with your buyer agent.

you and get an estimate from him. If the total figure is way out of ball
park, forget it. If it's generally within the estimate, bring a couple
different team to the site and get several quotes and then you pretty much
have an idea.
a couple things to keep in mind:
-unless you able to get rehab loan(203A), you pretty much looking to pay
full cash for a house like this.

现在有几个问题头痛：
1、昨天发帖问的SEPTIC TANK问题，感觉清洁起来不贵，但万一要是坏了呢，修起来是
不是超贵
2、这个房子不能fha/va standards，只能 Cash or conventional/rehab financing
only. 如果我用conventional，首付8万刀，是不是少，能拿下来吗？（总房款是34万刀）
3、foreclousre的房子还能跟银行谈价吗，如果做完Home Inspection有重大要修的是
不是银行都不管，都要我们自己花钱。

though.

Asset" 里面，好像相关的只有 "I. Residential Rental Real Estate" 和

The owner from 2007 is selling the property. You will notice on some of the
tax records - Quit Claim Deed that is not a sale but a cleaning of the
title (possibly a house was inherited, a divorce or marrage).

还是属于investment,自己动手省了house rehab的钱。属于累一下，但是赚钱很保险的
方法。
推荐lz下次配这种出租房里的东西，可以找local的habitat of humanity.东西会便宜
很多。还有买appliance可以找当地的Conn's.只要你认准了一个sales买所有的东西，
他可以给你的折扣价会比你用gift card,coupon这种省下来的还要多。而且自己也不用
那么辛苦麻烦。 |

分是streamline k loan 作为维修，在loan close 后的30天内，必须开工并在180天内
完工，有FHA专人检查是否符合要求，这也会可能需要作另外一次的APPRAISAL。
