are you sure you can register that name if you are willing to spend $35 with
networksolutions?
if a name expired, the original registrar still need to keep it for a grace
period before release it back to the public domain. that's the pending
delete state. not sure if this is the case for you, but even so, you should
not be able to register a name during pending delete phase, because the
original owner can still decide to renew the domain. that's my |

did something like this just to lure money. it has turned itself into a
phishing site. that is horrible. I'm totally in shock.

companies for your domain registration.
You should go with godaddy, mydomain, etc., the actual registrar to register
your domain.
Bundling your domain name registration and your site hosting services
together is a BAD idea. |

建二级域名简单，就是在你的domain registrar那里设置好到subdomain.thesite.com<
->ip address就行了。

hosting 空间。
正解的做法，建议不要贪图便宜去用这种服务。domain 和 hosting要单独结算的那种
。否则将来如果你对hosting不满意的话，domain因为是捆绑在一起的，无法容易的仅
将hosting移到别的公司。
另外，特别是免费空间这种，你要问清楚，这个domain的所有权是归谁。搞不好，是注
册在godaddy名下的，你就麻烦了。因为domain就是你的地址，hosting无所谓。你地址
都是人家的，你就等于在网上没有你的property. |

册了这个llc，今天正好收到godaddy的coupon，然后去注册域名，结果就unavailable
了！
查了whois，就是今天被抢注了，registry info都是被保护的。是不是godaddy干的，
故意让你花高价买入？或者有专业认识专门探测你搜过什么域名然后抢注？

sure。
我是f1第六年，学校多扣了medicare，所以我不用去要回ss，只有medicare，是不是不
用填8316，只需要843，加上要求的i20，i94这些复印件就行了？
是resident file jointly，lg也是一样的多扣了medicare，一个学校，所以是不是843
也一定要jointly file？还是可以seperate？
看了条款exempt medicare tax需要full time register，我们肯定是的，不过这个需
要不需要提供证明，如果一定要的话可能需要去学校registrar要。。
最后想确定一下地点，看到jhq说是
Internal Revenue Service Center, Philadelphia, PA 19255，但是843的
instruction上有说和tax return一起的地方，那是Department of the Treasury,

第一个问题问为啥在HK签阿，答有亲戚朋友在这，
第二问，很汗的。。我之前有一个学期只注册了8个学分的课，
按学校的规定，国际学生每个学期至少要修9个学分来maintain full-time status,
当时没当回事，以为大概平均有9个学分就行了，直到回来前两周去international
office
要签字,她们不肯给我签，说我实际上out of status一年半了，把我给吓的。。
搬出PI, program director，registrar都没用，只好由着international office把我
原来的
record terminate掉，办了一份新的I20,走之前一天才拿到。。签证官对着电脑看了半
天，
问did you leave early last year? 于是装作轻描淡写地解释了一番，说确实work
full time了，但是忘了去注册research的学分了，结果他就自言自语了一句right,

offer letter,证明你要在美国工作，简直太不可思仪了。要知道，只要你还在学校呆着（f1），根据美国的移民法，你就不能有任何移民倾向。从你工作的那一天开始，你就可以有移民倾向了。

后那一纸毕业证书了。
但研究生院registrar office可以给开一份证明，好像叫letter of completion，意思
是说达到毕业所有requirements，已经算是phd毕业了。不知道这份证明在申请 O1 和
h1b 时能被接受不？另外，transcript也可以提供。
问了学校的国际学生办公室，说USCIS能接受作为学历证明。不知道各位版上的大拿有
过啥经验不？跪求啊呀呀呀 |

样就造成degree awarded到OPT开始之间的间隔超过了60天了，有问题吗？
还是说OPT I-20必须重新更新成Oct的completion date然后重新弄OPT申请？

2.marriage of certificate 是一张 A4纸，带花纹（竖着的），上面有state registrar 的签名， 这个应该就是我们所说的婚姻证明（这个可以交钱多开，不限数量）
3.marriage license 这个也是一张A4纸，不过这个肯定不是
楼主递交的是哪个？
USCIS的意思是不是要你递交2的原件，或公证过的复印件吧？

复印件有没有效？或者复印件到银行公证?

approval表我去年都交了，为何还要？难道他没看到？我觉得再交一次copy应该问题不
大。
副申请人被rfe体检和结婚证。 关于结婚证rfe后面有一句“ The document must

. 字面意思是要有婚姻登记员的签名？ 我们10年前的结婚证这个婚姻登记员签名是空
着的。难道还要回国到民政处补办签名？
提交485时，用的国内结婚证公证书，内有翻译的一共6页。应该是标准的格式。 |

页白纸。不清楚为什么说没有提交。
