假是最后一次找实习的机会。从去年开始就找实习（amgen, monsanto, genentech等等
），面试有几次，可能因为博士期间研究的对象不是人，最后都没拿到offer。我有很
多molecular biology, biochemistry, cell culture, assay, protein expression
and purification, proteomics analysis的经验，现在1,2,3，...n作文章有将近十篇
。希望大家如果组里需要招暑期Intern的，能帮助refer一下 （现在还没收到拒信的公
司有amris, bayer, biomartin, bolt threads, amgen, gliead, biogen, medivation
, genentech, regeneron等等）。先谢谢大家了！ |

my experience: I alway fail (90%) if the phone interview is from HR, proceed
to onsite (90%) if from HM. I think this at least indicates one thing that
I am lack of some sort of conversational capability, I should have prepared
behavior questions way better.Maybe this would help you as well?

区别。你一不说明职位，二不说明你背景，一个公司几万人，除非碰巧遇上是跟hiring
manager相熟的人，只有CEO这类级别的才有这个能量随便哪个职位都能给你内推。
想要别人帮忙的，要严肃认真点，对别人尊重点。至少把自己的背景和想申请的职位说
清楚。 |

Biotech和biopharm,象Genetech,Regeneron, Gilead之类的，大药企总体还是下降趋势
。现在药厂的模式都在改变，很多公司对内部的R&D依赖越来越少，通过学校合作，共
同研发，外包和收购来开展研发扩展pipeline.而且各国对药品价格控制越来越严，开
发更有效的药物也原来越难。我看医药的不是春天要来了，而是现在的状态就是下面5-
10年的趋势，总体处于稳定收缩状态，只不过不同药企的具体情况各有不同罢了。以后
会有高比例的人为小公司和CRO工作。
另外2011年crizotinib上市，ALK发现有十几年了， |

biotech 一直也有小分子的program。 Amgen小分子原来有很多么merck出来的，现在买
了Onyx，Genentech 也有小分子program，最近又买了Seragon。不同的疾病领域和靶点
，需要不同的药物特性。真有突破和能填补空白，谁管你是大还是小。
不过还是那句话，制药不会有以前的那种好日子了，不排除会有几家公司会有很好的业

发帖数: 185 | 46 现在就能直接吞下merck的有几个(pfizer, roche, novartis, sanofi)，另外还有可能
小鱼吃大鱼(amgen). 其实 merck + amgen 是不错的组合， 或者merck 吃掉
regeneron....这两个跟merck 还都有点 渊源。当年merck 不跟 schering 赶紧合并，
早被人强吃了。 |

，但不用全有的：cell culture, SDS-PAGE，western blotting, enzyme digestion.
有一定LC和LC-MS知识更加。
学历非PHD即可。对以前经验的年限没有规定，但最好不用sponsor H1。公司现在的政
策不太为RA办H1.不过超好的candidate我会为他/她争取的。我们是research lab.有机
会发paper.
