啥事儿就开溜，开车去300mi去onsite的地方。300mi高速，如果顺利的话，4个多小时
就可以开到，想到路上遇上车祸，有一段10mi不到的路，用了2半小时. 结果下午4点多
出发，300mi的路用了8个小时才开到。
到了旅馆已经是凌晨了，收拾一下东西，真正上床睡觉已经是早上1点了，睡到早上5点
多，就醒了，醒了就不敢睡了，6点多一过就起来了。早上8点interview到下午3点半。

晚上家里的环境尽量平和，家长尽量淡定。你一急，孩子一闹一烦躁，本来8：30能睡
的，就折腾到10点11点了。强制，吓唬，让孩子一到睡觉时间就有抵触情绪。
试着带着他洗个澡，然后慢声细语的说个故事。
不要开电视，灯光调低。
坏毛病不可能一下都改掉，因为你首先需要UNDO原来做的不对的地方。

我觉得咱们中国人对孩子要惩罚的观念根深蒂固，只要不顺着孩子好像就意味着惩罚。
其实应该是有一个中间neutral态度。楼主这个就是很好的例子。
另外我理解的time out 也不是惩罚：更多是孩子情绪激烈不能自控的时候给他机会冷
静下来自我反省，然后regain self control。所以time out不是惩罚，而且应该让孩
子自己决定什么时候结束。
