當中不少是學生；看到很多學生領袖疲倦不堪、面容憔悴蒼白(也許是病倒了)，無助地
等待被帶走，我不禁熱淚盈眶。星期日傍晚，看到中環集結的群眾被催淚彈驅趕，其中
很可能有我們的學生，令我心焦如焚。這幾天，我看著學生們在街頭席地而睡，被猛烈
太陽曬傷、風吹雨打，卻仍然堅持走上街上，不但秩序井然，甚至自發清理垃圾，我又
再次忍不住落淚。
我尊重同學們堅持以和平方式表達意見的立場。我為同學們的犧牲精神深受感動。縱使
他們未能掌握全面的複雜情況，但他們只是懷著赤子之心，爭取理想。我想我們應該給

我也是闲的，没工夫挨个查，随便说几个吧：
列出这些条都是大而化之的概念，现实中谁家谈判也不是这么去谈的，都要谈具体的东
西。
去查一下01年的入市承诺，主体细节附件一共10好几个，只有1个关于“服务贸易”，
剩下的都是“货物-物物贸易”。
啥银行啦，技术啦，电影啦都是“服务贸易”范畴。
比如：“Joining the Government Procurement Agreement;”，这个就属于造谣，协
议里面中国压根没说加入GPA，只是说变成观察员，条件合适时再谈判加入GPA。
再比如“Liberalizing foreign film distribution”， “附件9 服务贸易”说的清
清楚楚，限制是每年20部。
还有“Opening the telecommunications market to foreign producers;”这个就是
胡扯。还是在“附件9 服务贸易”里面，市场准入条件是除了快递（ups/fedex）外，
其它所有通信相关的服务，外资最高49%，并且仅限于有限的种类。无线寻呼（bp机）
