ld submit paper要suggest 6个referree的，一般editor都在里面挑，我说k，那么你
的paper基本就不会被拒了吧 |

发帖数: 633 | 4 找不到原贴。去年10月，honglo卖Amex Delta plat referral 70刀。
10月26号，本人用他给的连接申请批准后，一直没收到他的付款 虽然他那时说一般一
个月内。
找他几次 只给看他所谓的delta statement 说没有bonus，说所有的referree 都没有。
已经6个月了，问他怎么回事，他说not in any position to investigate。
问他等多久才会take any action，他说will take no action。
明显他心虚那边搞什么鬼出问题或者给的连接原本就有问题，白白浪费了我们的
referral 申请。
他现在就是死猪不怕开水烫，根本没有要想办法解决的意思。就是他没bonus 也不用负
责。
毕竟他什么都没损失，所有很淡定。遇到这种没责任心的烂人／骗子也是没办法了。只
能说太恶心了。

早上是单打.自我感觉良好, 所以报了阿组的单打, 主要是不想在B组继续混了,
换个更高的环境提高提高.第一场就是和男单一号大山打,没有压力,很熟悉他,以前

他是说赛前检查吧？如果是在比赛中，那就争端大了。
不过还有一个技术上的问题：如果比赛中裁判发觉所有(24)检验过的用球都不行了，
比如温度降低导致气压降低，或者温度升高导致气压升高，裁判会怎么办？肯定不
能停下来，所以也只能先打着，然后暂停或中场时候再处理这批球/换一批球吧？ |

发帖数: 111 | 27 1）如果你有三个referees，主要看编辑的态度，编辑的positive态度可以至少抵消一
个非常negative的referee（当然前提是另外两个referees比较positive）。如果给
revision机会，这时不要要求换referee，因为这会让编辑很难办，尤其是那个
referree是个大牛；
rebuttal提交后，如果那个referee还刁难，就需要争取编辑来overrule那个referee；
如果编辑不同意，他会主动建议你找一个新的referee。
注意，除非你老板是绝对大牛（既然你来mitbbs上问，我就suppose你的老板不是大牛
），否则任何时候轻易不要换referee，一旦新的referee仍然negative，就给了编辑很
好的理由来据你的文章；
2）如果你只有两个referees，更不要轻易换，原因同上，总之争取revision再说，除
非不给revision的机会，否则不换也不申诉，任何时候都要礼貌

我在２个月的时候写信问过Ｅｄｉｔｏｒ，因为文章还在"With the Editor"， Ｅｄ
ｉｔｏｒ里马回信，说抱歉，因为暑假找找Referrees花了不少时间。后来６个月的时
候拿到report. 所以我觉得是可以礼貌的问一下进展的。
