他可能是唯一一个没有reelect压力的总统
美国历届总统当上之后,所有的政策都要考虑reelect
只有川普没有这个压力,为啥?他本来也不需要这个总统职位
现在赢了,也不是非常eager,所以他发布政策的时候,根本不需要考虑reelect
这反而能让他的政策快速实施,不需要考虑三年后的后果。

如果他是第二任,没有reelection的压力,追求legacy,那搞obamacare可以。
但是上台在衰退中,不把拼经济放在首位。那他不是脑子不清除,就是太自大了,觉得
