reducing tax rate would do the opposite. That is, tax increase would
reduce your tax base, while tax reduction would increase your tax base,

Plus, big chunk of tax revenue is for all those entitlement spendings, if

前段时间版上嘀咕沃而沃这车没人买什么的，当时就想上来吭一声，这volvo在我们东

funding rate will be higher. In other words, there is probably a certain
amount he or she can get and increasing the proposals submitted will just
artificially reduce his or her funding rate.

等干法烹饪，但是慢火炖、烩却非常合适，能够充分释放肉本身的香味。至今还没有尝
试做过红酒烩牛肉，今天学这道菜本来心里没有底，但是尝了第一口，立刻想嗷──地
叫一声然后在阳光下的草地上打个滚，真是太美好了~~
1. 两块lamb shoulder chop，paper towel拍干，撒适量盐和黑胡椒。
2. 锅高火烧热，融化1/2Tsp黄油，外加等量橄榄油（不要用extra virgin噢）。
3. 羊扒放到锅里不要动，每面两分钟，可以轻轻倾斜锅子让油均匀地煎到羊肉，至金
黄。
4. 羊扒盛出来，锅里油如果超过1Tsp的话倒去多余的，3粒大蒜去皮切大块。
5. 中火用原锅把蒜粒和basil、rosemary、thyme一起炒，直到大蒜变软但没有变色。
6. 加半杯红酒，煮开，reduce到一半；再倒半杯红酒，reduce到一半。
7. 加1/2杯盒装鸡汤，一杯切碎的番茄（应该是puree，我用去皮去籽的大号樱桃番茄
代替了）。

压器的方法，不过dac这块最保真的方法就是保持位深和标准输出电平，音量控制交给
前级和功放去管就好了，终究绕不过模拟放大这一关的。
