那个人怎么知道你的教授是谁？你告诉的！要么是画蛇添足。要么是你想在你老板不知
情的情况下用你老板的名字去套近乎，这就是你的问题了，换谁都要“批评”你。
如果收信的人有“我不认识他怎么给他写推荐信呢”的感觉，你发的邮件有问题。(1)
不是recommendation letter是referral letter,(2)不是“推荐”，是作为独立的专家
请您评价一下我的背景，如果您认为够标准，能否请写个referral letter给IO，因为
IO不懂专业，etc.。

此律师从noid发出到现在一个礼拜多了，刚受到noid那天，给她打电话，她先是安慰性
的说她觉得IO rediculous，然后说她数落我不信任她，不愿意接我的case,(因为之前
有个employment verificationletter的问题argue过)说我宁肯相信别人的经验云云,
然后又说要想想到底接不接我的case,上礼拜五晚上发个信，说要把我的case refer给
别人，因为公司只听他的话（只信任他委托的律师），今天又说他同意做,但下礼拜一
再谈，估计这谈还要收费
但是自始至终都不愿谈这个case赢的几率,每次给它打电话，要么不接，要么没空
公司的态度：因为答应公司自己付钱，公司就是说不必须得到律师的审核才签字，公司
和律师是熟人朋友的关系
我的感觉是，现在好像在被公司和他耍，各位，有同样经历的没有 |

mistake. I originally planned to photocopy the RFE letter since both SRC and
A numbers are on the first page, but right before submitting the RFE, it
was found that only the yellow page was required. I did not notice that

I had to tell law firm that you either follow up or re-file, or I would do
it myself. They re-filed it and got it in a month. Just sending a letter of
inquery and waiting may not always work. Some times a letter of inquery may
be lost, this is particularly true if your lawyer resides at a different
State from where you are working. |

之前没有办过降级，有两个新手问题请教一下：
1. 跟公司律师聊的过程中，我想知道降级的过程中，怎么能知道我的485到底是跟EB2
的140连着，还是跟EB3的？因为这两个排期变的比较大，我只是想问问办了降级以后有
没有什么办法来check我当前的status。可是从公司律师那里得到的答案居然是只有在
最后拿到的绿卡上才能判断。感觉这非常的rediculous。难道大家也都是assume
relink以后就一定work了吗？没有什么double check的方法吗？
2. 公司律师跟我说了他们操作降级的流程：1）先递140不带PP 2）等拿到receipt以后
加PP同时发一个relink的letter给USCIS。我的concern是我觉得加PP和relink应该分开
，等加完PP，不管PP有效没有，等EB3 的140被approve了，再去做relink。因为我觉得
从加PP到EB3 140 approve中间可能有很多 uncertainty在里面，比如PP不work需要140
