上药了：
1. rectal stimulation：拿体温表蘸着vaseline戳戳pp
2. baking soda + water 泡pp
3. Pear juice, prune juice, plum juice, etc. 每一个月大可以喝1oz. 比如说7个
月大的娃可以喝7oz/day.
4. Glycerin? 这个没听明白，据说是over the counter,应该和miralax差不多吧

上次我在PCP那里随口说最近大便一直不太好，经常不成形。结果她说好那做个digital
rectal exam吧，我说那是啥，她说把裤子脱了，然后就把我的PP给插了... @#￥%#&^@
插完后她看着试纸，刚开始还挺轻松得说这个是instant的，然后马上变脸色了，说你
好像是阳性唉，再过了几秒钟，她开始紧张了，说你是阳性，你肠子里有潜血。你有没
有痔疮？我说没有啊，她听了很紧张，说那我帮你预约大肠镜，好不好？我当时就晕了。
做大肠镜，要等5天，心理上那是很艰难的5天。而且做大肠镜前两天就开始要准备了，
只能吃low fiber的食物，前一天只能吃液体，午夜开始要禁食。前一天要吃泻药，两
种不同的泻药，一直到检查当天才能基本上把肠子洗干净，屁股基本上是被擦烂了 ...
还好做出来啥事都没有，说是有点痔疮（最好的结果了），10年后再检查。
腌的还是少吃点吧，我是怕了。 |

结果，
问recent travel Hx，特别是广大“亚非拉美”等在老美眼中“贫穷落后”的地区

Cholecystectomy is a minor surgery. In some medical centers of US, its an
ambulatory surgery, which means patient may go home at the same day of
surgery. I dont think it would increase the risk of rectal cancer. |
