不知道JM们有没有遇到过这种问题啊。求助……
我怀孕前两个月都是在NJ看的OB，7月末搬家到了另一个州，所以换了一个OB，同时新
的OB要求我向原来的OB申请了medical release.
保险公司报销7月份的产检费用的时候要求以前的OB提供medical records,一直到现在
了，前OB居然拒绝了，期间我还打电话去跟OB办公室的人讲过。然后今天保险公司寄来
的claim explanation 居然要我付900多刀的费用（其中有很多各种检查）。真是郁闷
……
难道OB没有这个义务向保险公司提供medical records吗？是不是因为我新找了一个OB
所以以前的OB就不高兴了，就不管了？ |

由于这个PCP是个财迷，以前出现过打疫苗硬要收copay，而我的保险明确说明任何疫苗
都是不收copay的，但是PCP就是要，小护士转身把钱还给我了，所以我很不相信这个医
生，特来问问大家这个收费合理吗？不合理可以投诉她吗？谢谢 |

cannot find any photocopies. The personal record portion is still there and
we have all parts from the most recent I-797A. Does anyone know if it will

report 出来发现 square footage 少了 300 多 (Listing square feet 1840 sq,
appraisal 1480 sq), 研究发现 City Record 极有可能是错误的. 我们是 non-
contigency offer.我能理解appraisal 的结果和 city record 会有小差别, 但这么大
的差別我们是不可能接受的. 我们的agent也是第一次碰到这个情况.
我现在的问题是:
1)这样的情况City有责任吗?
2)Seller 肯定知道square footage 有误, 但是仍然用错误的信息来误导买家, 没有
disclose this fact.

的parcel map给的边界来计算比record 大，有没有办法申请更改。举个例子大概就
是6600 和7100的区别，但是在一个价钱对lot size很敏感的地段，我自己如果是buyer
的话，这个区别对我来说来说还是有的。
如果appeal 成功，会影响房子的估价吗？房子是几年前买的，会影响买房子的tax

一种是county record 本身在录入系统的时候错了，最近一个客户就是这种情况，
1311sqft的 condo硬是给录成1311，她考虑卖房的时候，刚好查出来county record有
问题，然后立即电话county，一般这种当天就可以fix， 3-7 business day就会改正。
你不妨先打一下county tax collectors office 电话确认，省的无谓花钱。 |
