发帖数: 3862 | 7 eb1b是只需要满足两条就够了，但是两条都需要达到两步法totality的要求，那就是申
请者要被 Internationally recogized as an OUTSTANDING researcher。
一个是internationallly recognized, 一个是outstanding.要证明这两点如果不说你
做了什么贡献，比较难说通怎么outstanding, 能internationally recognized,所以功
课总要做的，而且这样写逻辑比较通顺。
当然你要是有足够强的证据支持着两条，我觉得也是可以的。 |
