南开物理学院本科，后保送南开物理学院研究生2008-2011）于2012年3月13日晚下班途
中突发脑溢血。由于抢救及时，虽然他手术后昏迷近两周，现在人已经清醒，神智也在
逐渐恢复。据医生说，残留在晓丹脑部的血块也在逐步吸收。受到血块压迫的神经控制
的右边肢体也开始有些力量，语言系统和说话功能还没有完全恢复。晓丹的后期康复将
会是一个漫长而艰难的过程。
截止到4月25日，晓丹的医药花费总计约13万元人民币（医药费用明细在后面附有说明

)）转化到
recipient 菌(Tet_sensitive).
做P1 transduction好多次做不出来，一个colony都长不出来。然后做了一个P1 lysate
的titer，
发现稀释到10E-6之后，噬菌斑直径仍然有2cm大小。我该怎么办？
疑问：
（1) recipient菌本身已经有一个Tn10（Tet_sensitive, Streptomycin_resistent）
。奇怪吧，
第一次听说Tn10是Strep抗性的，一般都是Tet抗性的啊。问题是：如果recipient菌已
经有一个
Tn10，我还能通过抗生素筛选的方式转化入另外一个Tn10么？
（2）我的P1 phage lysate 是不是太浓了？我是不是应该做很多个phage lysate的梯
度呢？

先澄清一个概念，讨论DACA不是讨论非法移民大赦。
有川粉一看川普讨论DACA，就以为川普违背诺言要给移民大赦，放心吧，除非川普得了
老年痴呆。
先分解一下几种情况，看看主党为什么总是输。
1. 主党不合作，条件谈不拢
结果就是DACA受益人把怒火转向民主党，前些天围攻流泪叔就已经漏出端倪，而且老川
在昨天讲话中说只要你们谈好了（主党和和党）我就签字，把自己撇的一干二净，表现
出比所有人都同情DACA，不能说他不同情，但这么夸张，呵呵了。
2. 主党合作，形成了一个bill
老川不但收获了修墙，结束链式移民，抽签移民，还收获了好名声，这80万人投民主党
的百分率会极速下降，记住一个事实，即使是墨西哥移民，合法的会投票反对非法的，
这是人性，和肤色无关，只是现在非法的太多了把合法的声音掩盖住罢了。
我的预测是主党不会和川政府达成任何协议，现在都是做样子给民众看，反正都是输，
随着惯性走吧（反川）。

EVEN if 8% of welfare recipients are Asian while 5% of Americans are
Asian, how exactly does that make Asians THREE times as likely to get
welfare? Asians would have to make up 15% of all welfare recipients in
order for that to make any sense.
And also, I have serious doubts about the methodology with which you
came up with those numbers. Don't just say article X said so, tell us

I was just half-watching Fox News (Shep Smith is annoying, but he can be
entertaining on occasion), and they tossed out a little factoid that left me
positively gobsmacked. As a bit of background on the federal debt ceiling
situation, they noted that during the month of June, the government issued
checks (or equivalents) for Medicare, Social Security, active duty and
retired military, Disability/SSI, and Food Stamps. 211,800,000 checks.
