faculty来说可以算是很牛B了，但是对于老方这种senior的已经搞了一辈子的人来说，
就只能算so so。不要说是院士，离aps fellow的级别也还差了不少。引用率最高的一
篇文章还是95年到了arizona之后跟老外合作的，被引118次，这也是方唯一一篇被引用
上百次的文章。可见方励之89之前确实没有做出过什么重要的工作，他的名声和地位绝
对是靠政治得来的，当然其中部分的也是80年在中国搞科普所得，必须承认科普工作也是
有重要的社会意义的。
(BTW，有人说你这个搜索未必完整。不错，确实不能保证100％毫无遗漏。但是我

是昨天我不小心看到了一篇新闻文章，才惊讶的发现其实最早做出来的，有可能是
Wayne State University的潘卓华。虽然他的投稿时间和Deisseroth的类似，但是因为
他是一个没有什么名气的学者，而且他的文章包装得不对，所以他的文章被百般耽误，
最后比Deisseroth的晚了一年才发表。
在2004年底潘就做出了和Deisseroth几乎一样的文章，除了用的细胞略微不同：他做的
神经细胞是从视网膜分离的，而Deisseroth 做的神经细胞是从大脑分离的。然后他把
文章陆续投向Nature, Nature Neuroscience,Journal of Neuroscience，却统统遭到
了拒稿。然后大半年之后，也就是2005年8月份，Deisseroth 的文章发表在Nature
Neuroscience上。潘得知之后，心都凉了。

体检： 找的附近的诊所，很有经验，操作很熟悉，就是中途医生休假单个了一个星期
。价格是200多点/人，不包疫苗和x-ray. 体检之前在医院打了 flu, chickenpox, MMR
(抽血化验发现没有抗体），TD。体检的很简单，身高、体重等、抽血、皮试。我的皮
试发现有红包，得做x-ray 又花了70刀。总共480/2人。老婆没打chickenpox，跟护士
说以前得过就没要求。我的MMR 和chickenpox都只有一针，很担心这个会被RFE.
结婚证明： 找朋友一起去UPS 做的公证。
出生证明：现在县里都有对外公证，都是去县里办的（开始去的市里， 被打回来说县
里有只能去县里办）。于是我爸带上我的身份证复印件、护照复印件、VISA复印件，父
母身份证复印件（开始有个无聊的更年期女非要申请人和父母的身份证的原件）、户口
簿原件、委托书、申请书、相片、派出所证明去县公证处办理；本来希望也可以帮我老
