就是可以自动进入到17个月的ead，直到opt decision结果下来。15日之后，我就只能
为e verify的公司延期。
现在有公司给offer，公司不是e verify的。准备材料办h1b现在。
1.如果我6月15日之前，收到uscis我h1b 的receipt，我当然也算是自动 cap gap，我
可以为他们公司工作，这个yes吧？
2.如果我是6月15日之前，file出去，但是15日之后才收到receipt，比如说是7月1日收
到receipt。那么6月16日到6月30日，我还可以为这家公司工作么？
另外，7月1日收到receipt，因为6月16日已经进入了grace period，也就没ead了。7月
1日到9月30日，我可以工作么？
3.如果我6月15日之后才file h1b，那无论如何，我都只能10月1日入职了吧？ |

收到transfer的申请就可以开始为新雇主工作了，但这个“收到”如何证明？有
receipt或receipt number自然是无可辩驳的证明，有了两者之一再开始工作更为保险
。但其实fedex delivery confirmation也是不错的证明，虽然稍弱，但是fedex说
deliver了而USCIS其实没收到这个可能性是极低的，所以虽然不如receipt number保险
，但看到fedex delivery confirmation就开始为新雇主工作问题也不大。 |

上周四递到CA center, 现在还没有收到receipt, 律师说一般要一周。都怪杀千刀的律
师，本来公司要求递premium,结果律师弄错，递了regular, 现在说等拿到receipt，在
改成file premium, 要不然，现在都批了。看到很多人，抵达uscis后第二天就收到了
email的receipt，为什么我的律师要等paper的recipt。真实气死人了。如果下周一还
收不到，真的要抓狂了。佛祖，菩萨，耶稣，基督，胡大，安拉都来保右我下周一收到
receipt。 |

申的是EB1-a, 140已经批了（通过电子邮件得到了update），但是approval receipt的
hardcopy还没有收到。想抓紧时
间file485，不知道可不可以先把材料都寄过去，等140 receipt到了之后再给他们寄过
去要求link。
另外一个想到的方法是把我收到的USCIS的email notice打印出来（里面也有receipt
number）附在我的485申请
package里代替真正的140 receipt。不知道这两种办法行不行啊？

Received Date就是你的邮件送到USCIS的日期，它只出现在case的Receipt上。
而Receipt Date则出现在你的case Approval Notice上。
注意，同样是I-797,case receipt上的box title是"Received Date",而approval
notice上的box title 是“Receipt Date".

两个问题：
1）485交上去之后，receipt收到之前可不可以离开美国，我之前给律师发信问过，他
们似乎比较保守，说是从USCIS收到receipt之后可以离开的。请问有人有类似的经历没？
2）大概多久可以收到USCIS的receipt，律师的说法是2－3周。大家实际的日期呢？

SRC开头。可是没有一个RECEIPT ＃能在USCIS的网站上查到CASE STATUS，就显示：

。如果是直接寄，receipt notice要一周后律师才会知道，number在receipt上。所以
你律师不选择e-file，的确要一周后才能知道receipt number。 |

现有小问题一个：
485 receipt notice上的A-Number与140 Approval Notice上有小出入，个人认为是TSC
的工作人员typo。
原140 Approval Notice上的A-Number是 A XXX-XXX-064
而485 receipt notice上的A-Number是 A XXX-XXX-604
注意，对于A XXX-XXX部分（即A-Number的前6位），140和485是完全一致的，所以应该
是把我的064不小心打成了604。不太可能是485重新给我新的A-#，否则前6位应该不会
完全一致。
已经打了USCIS的联络电话1-800-375-5283，告知了Tier 1的接线员，他帮忙做了SR，
要求改正这个error，顺便也注明了，我的I-131和I-765存在同样的error。
目前USCIS网站显示：

1） 第一次是2月，律师已经收到他的receipt copy。我的一直没有收到。本以为寄丢
