标 题: 职场感想：如何在北美职场下游对抗阿三

最近我工作最密切的合作伙伴是三哥， 感觉对他们 了解多了很多。 在北美职场，阿
三毕竟是中国人的 最大竞争对手。 在下跟成功两个字拉不上半点关 系，经验只适合
炮灰和底层管理，这里只是抛砖引 玉，希望能得到更多讨论。
先介绍一下自己的情况， 六年前进入公司， 从社会 底层的support, 到后来的
implementation, sales， account manager，project manager都做过。 我 自己编程
技术不过硬， 没法吃纯R&D的饭，学历如 果同级别的人是少林武当那我就是斧头帮出
来的， 情商用我妻子的话来说就是没法在国内混那种人。
优点是jack of all trades，相当于RPG里面的混合型 职业，能输出伤害能加血能控制

如果水没有经过水轮机组而直接从泄洪孔排出就叫泄洪。水轮机组能通过的水量不超过
3w 立方米／秒。所以只要需要将大于 3w 立方米／秒水量排出，都需要泄洪孔。下游
瓶颈处的处理量大约是 5.x w立方米／秒。只要不超过下游瓶颈处水量的最大洪水量，
理论上就是安全的。
其实还有很多学科有类似的概念，比如 smart grid, energy storage/recap. |

最为同时代，也在学生社团混过的清华女生，目前觉得最靠谱的分析就是这个热水壶的
分析了。大家用现在的生活环境，无法想象当年的场景。
背景recap, 当年的清华宿舍里没有热水，学生们要步行很远去水房打水。尤其是冬天
，最需要用热水的时候，却是路上有冰非常滑，很难走。 打水一路上，到处都是碎了
的暖壶碎片。 而且清华水房很不人道地在9点45还是10点就关闭了。图书馆是9点半。
所以通常下了晚自习就要屁滚尿流地去打水。否则就没水用。 清华里面男生追求女生
的通常伎俩，不是上自习占座就是帮女生打水。女生每天都要用很多热水，洗脸刷牙洗
下身洗脚洗衣服等等。
根据网上的消息。ZL经常说很晚才回宿舍，说句老实话，要说多影响作息那倒是谈不上
，因为很多女生谈恋爱都到12点才回宿舍，很多人也会在熄灯后还聊天打手电看书什么

Went to see this film on a whim. Film starts well with good actors, good
acting and great cinematography. Even the story is half plausible. About
half way through it starts getting weird. More and more Chinese references,
