帖。到oil change工作3个多月，阅车无数，今天给大家汇报下，我们眼里车子的质量
，也算是回馈论坛。
我们全家是91技术移民，在国内大学里教书，到了这边才发现，给新移民的语言课，除
了领教世界各地版本的英语发音，几乎是浪费时间。听老移民的建议，直接找工作。上
网一搜，一没语言，二不能独立开车，三文凭工作经历不被承认，只有找labour。最后
看到这家Oil Change店在招人，大着胆子和老板吹牛，在国内上过一个星期汽修班，开
车30小时，汽车技术书读过几本。竟然被录用了。
开始培训。脏，累，危险，最低工资。头一个月，每天手上胳膊上带着伤，精疲力尽回
家，老板还是嫌你干得慢。资本家的钱不好挣啊，呵呵。
好了言归正传，说说我的工作内容，和对经手的车子的印象（待续）

或者需要行李箱大一点，full size sedan还是很舒服的，而且价格不比midesize高多
少，安全性也上一个台阶。这里就比较两款基本款2016比较典型的车，走的是两个不同
的思路。具体细节自己去试，每个人感受都不一样，这里只比较数据。
1.Trunk Volume (ft3)。
full size sedan最不同于midsize的地方莫过于后备箱，放stroller特别有用。

发帖数: 381 | 27 lease的车，车尾被撞，claim了保险但判定我的责任。撞击时速度非常低，损伤也不大
，从外表看就是rear bumper左后侧到driver side plate 的缝隙大了一点，拆开看是
rear bumper和driver side rear plate 上的挂钩断了两个。车开着没任何问题，而且
rear bumper依然很稳固。
目测修理费大概一千（假设换全新的rear bumper和driver side plate）。我的保险的
deductible也是一千。
目前两个方案，一是现在找人inspect，全修好，看情况走保险。麻烦之处是需要和多方
沟通，而且还要租一辆车直到修好。
二是反正车开着没问题，外观看起来和以前差别也不大，就一直开着开两年直到还车，
还车检查时一次性还清修理费省时省力。但问题是lease contract上写明一旦有damage
要立即报告给lease company，现在不给lease company说是不是届时会有大麻烦？另外
不知道会不会还车时厂家说车子有碰撞记录所以价值降低，要我补额外的比较大的差价

OTH, Wrangler is solid as rock. Front and rear bumpers are made of steel. I
saw a three car rear end accident. 4 runner in rear, Wrangler in middle
and a Nissan car in front. 4 runner's front bumper and grill were destroyed,
Nissan's rear end was pushed in and badly damaged. Wrangler's front and
rear no damages at all, only paint scratches. Very impressed. |
