submit another I140 (EB1) now? My LD is in US.
Applying for Adjustment of Status: Yes or No, seems both are reasonable:
No: because after the approval of this I140 (EB1), I plan to re-link to the
previous 485
Yes: because LD is a dependent of me and will adjust status in US, if re-
link does not work, I still need to reapply 485.
Any thoughts?

long time ago and that is why he is using 245i.
it is true, they shouldn't even review his case and accept the money. They
did charge the fee and then denied us. One lawyer said we would have to go
to the court.
tax issue. He reapplied in 2007. A friend doing immigrant case said she
could help us use 2001 as priority date since there was a announcement
regarding this from USCIS. |

will be H1B.
If you are a registered F1 student and you satisfy all the requirements, for
example, credits, money, etc, you should be able to reapply for CPT or
extend the CPT. But once you are no longer F1 but H1B, you don't have the
privilege to use CPT or OPT.
Theoretically you will still be F1 until OCt.1st, but maybe your school has
some requirement for the eligibility to appy OPT or CPT, for exemple, have

were ~500. I withdrew the application and reapplied after about 5 months and
got approved. Followings are what I changed in my 2nd application:
1. I went through all 500 citations and extracted those sentences. I found
about 5 citations discussed my paper in their results, say, using my results
to compare with theirs. I included these sentences in my new PL, printed

directly related to the employment (EB2 perm). PD is a different term. Once
you have a PD, that's yours. That's why you can use the previous PD but not
I140. And you can apply perm again immediately once you switched company.

用了ap，新的i94上就会写parolee，过期时间就是131的过期时间。
这时就想当于放弃h1b，
回来必须用ead工作，
当然可以再reapply h1b，这样新的i94上有会写身份是h1b，
但学校基本是建议回国签证，不用ap |

The approval is likely limited through July 11, 2014 since at the time of
submitting the H-4 change of status application in November, your H-1B
status was only valid through June 28, 2014 and as such, your wife would
only have been granted an extension through the expiration of your status at
that time. It is not specifically clear why the exact end date is July 11,
although USCIS may have just added the extra time as a courtesy.
