发帖数: 60 | 5 呵呵，仁兄的link有趣。不过那是假的，眼珠的3D表面好弄，但里面的光反射目前还是
无解。你给的link里面就是texture mapping一个已有的照片或者画出来的瞳仁而已。
在任何光照下那个瞳仁都是一样的，不能随光照和背景而变化。如果想做的稍微真实一点，
可以简单地在瞳仁中混入周围环境的specular reflection，但即使那样，仍然是假的，
如果zoom in，仍然不够realistic.
其实不管是瞳仁还是皮肤，都不能用简单的BRDF来描述，而是光反射+散射+漫射的混合复杂
过程，除了表面，和表面下的血管，纤维等等的光作用也有很大关系，故而不好模拟。
瞳仁里面甚至还有衍射现象，所以很难逼真，即使BSSRDF模型都不一定够用。而偏偏观众
对皮肤和瞳仁实在太熟悉，任何的fake都很容易被看出来。
如果有兴趣，不妨google一下"subsurface scattering”，你就了解其中的部分技术难度了。 |

打个简单的比方， 咱华人怎么看ABC辱华事件，大概三分之一的人认为不关我的事，还
有三分之一的人认为该抗争，剩下三分之一的人会说：咳，一小屁孩瞎说的，还能当真？
结果是什么？咱华人的意见屁也不是！
再打个比方，选总统，该投票给白的还是黑的，大概三分之一的人认为不关我的事，还

It's good out to about 600yds, but the wind pushes it around much past that.
The realistic maximum range is 1000yds and there are very few bullets that
will even make it that far.

proper twists and chambers to make use of the best longrange bullets.

Considering actions, the son could be taken as a realistic Muslim. Guess

poll would show a 1-2% lead for Trump. Unlike those polls by the TV
stations, polls like IBD do care about their reputation.
Most of these "scientific" polls do racial, party, economic, age profiling.

stations, polls like IBD do care about their reputation.
Most of these "scientific" polls do racial, party, economic, age profiling.
All of the polls would conduct profiling from past election/elections or
available official data in 2014 or 2015. So if the poll have biased

The actual battleground states are a lot different from the MSM, I.e. CNN.
Trump is winning even in those true battle ground state from I am seeing.
Hilary is done. I am not sure what her campaign manager tell her. But my
feeling is she must be delusional if she still think she has a lead. As I
mentioned before, she had no chance other that that week in the middle of
October.

比较俗，算是dirty tips吧。
1. 有老板的样
这里的样指的不是外貌，不是说要帅或者漂亮。拿《无间道》里的曾志伟来说吧，一堆
人中数他个儿最矮，嗓子最哑。样子即使不是最丑，在梁刘陈等顶级帅哥的映衬下也可
想而知了。但无论他是站是坐还是吃盒饭（还是把盒饭掀地下）的时候，一眼望去都有
大佬的气场，没有人会怀疑。
这里不是说大家应该把自己整的跟黑帮老大一样。学者当然最好有文质彬彬的气质。曾
经见过过于圆滑的PI，八面玲珑，让人觉得像个商人或政客，也不好。但现在的PI和古
代独善其身的学者也不一样。管理学生，上课，出去讲座，在学校上至领导下至维修工
电脑部的各种人员都要打交道。有个该有的样，他们会更把你的话当话。这并不是说要
严肃，摆架子，相反，可以做到很和蔼，很有礼貌，但在关键问题上坚持原则。阎王好
见，小鬼难缠。过于刻板，会给人小鬼的印象。
先从找工作面试说起。假设你是search committee成员，来面试的人感觉不像你的同事

事实上，不能要求任何人这样做。
人需要大概８－９个小时睡眠，２－３个小时就是放松和玩，１个小时锻炼，１个小时
保养和clean自己（至少对于女人）
所以每天工作时间最多就是１０－１２个小时（包括干家务和必要的和career相关的
social）
这１０－１２个小时还包括三顿饭的时间，所以必须得有priority，因为人真正的能够
highly efficient的时间，可能每天只有６－７个小时。
我当然承认有很多牛人。但是我觉得对于我们大多数人来说，计划和安排必须得
realistic。
比如说，lz的丈夫，expectation太高了，超出了realistic的范围。
如果你太太，是非常motivated的女人，既能找工作，也能干特别多家务，你应该很高
兴，但是你不能expect这个是一般人都能达到的标准。
你必须有priority。到底priority是什么？是找工作，还是干家务？
他需要specific。。。。这样，lz才不会整个confuse掉。
