and then call each of them, asking them what do they check, like attic, roof
(getting on the roof or not), basement (including craw space), air
conditioner, fireplace, electric, and so on, and then get the price.
It realy depends on the house condtion about what kind of inspector you need.

It' tough question . Same problem as honda , acoord [93.94.95.] has. I told
a lot of friends to disconnect alarm system on this kind car because it
realy gets you in troble . Once I disconnect battery, then put it back, car
won't start.I had to know the reset prochedue to make car start. Tell you

其实类似的网站有好几个，前段时间经常在MITTBBS上回帖的Goldenkey也是一个

再早好像有一个西雅图Based华人工程师写的一个什么网站，想不起地址了，大概的意
思是Flat Fee还是按照Offer次数收钱的？ 反正都是比较新的idea。
总之你能改变游戏规则自然努力地超有利自己的方向去改变，如果改变不了规则的话就
去熟悉规则/利用规则。
其实华人创业不容易，希望大家都能成功。 但是一点建议：要有大的心胸才能有大的
成就。 如果只是打算踩着别人，诋毁别人，估计也不会有多大的成就。 最简单的就是
让市场说话，让时间说话。 |

先说点开心的事，经济返给我们的两个点的钱收到了。收到的这近五万刀我们准备正好
把一直不太满意的Toyota Rav4换掉，目前想好的车型最初是Durango R/T，因为LD有点
嫌费油，现在也考虑卡迪拉克和林肯的SUV或waymo刚订了62000台的那款pacifica
hybrid。之前都是我们的经济J跟我们联系，做所有的事情，现在到返点的时候了，可
能是因为涉及到钱，他们有点郑重其事地由另一个合伙人M跟我们沟通具体的操作事宜
，大意是可以转账给我们，也可以寄支票，同时寄个package，里面有份送给我们的礼
物。为了简单起见，也是因为之前发生的一件事，我们说就直接把钱打给我们就好了。
那件事是，我们上次买房时是由卖家屋主在我们搬入前给房子做了个清洁，说是深度清

托为了托尔托的胡言乱语。
但是我仍需要指出其中一个看似合理的逻辑错误，就是你对time the market的理解。
因为买房市场并不是一个零和游戏，而是场外资金和场内资产的博弈。
举例来说，如果10栋房子10个买家总共1000万现金，那么的确会出现你这种情况。假设
在同一个时间买房子的价格是一定的，那么房价V就是关于时间T的函数。在这种情况下
，同一个时间房产交易价格是固定的，才会出现你所说的 只有小部分人 才能赚钱的情
况。如果大家都在同一个时间买房，那么只会是100万一栋。
但是现实不是这样的，这不是一个零和游戏。就像你如果不承认房价会暴跌，等于不承
认房价会暴涨。场外资金的进入和场内资金的撤出才是在大周期上影响房价的因素。现
在大部分人hold住不买房，并不会造成下一次大家买房时房价上涨。
再举个简单的例子，如果贷款收缩了，本来能贷100万的你现在由于缩表和加息只能贷
50万了，那么有downpay 20万的你还会去花120万买一样的房子吗？

I doubt I can learn in one day. Renting equipement at the beginning is to save
money in case that you lose interest after first class.
Some time there is good deal to buy realy good skates. And I was told that
those reg price below 100 is not good.
