有朋友问，我觉得虽然跌破了，但觉得还可以捞便宜。精神上支持，昨天上了100股。
原因一个是超卖后，卖压开始减少，一个是insider还在买。
这个是很便宜的“垃圾股”，上下动作很大，小心风险。

当时，RDN的股价同今天差不多，3块出头。
一周以后, RDN有好的季报，股票当天涨了三快多钱(翻了一倍)。这二个股票引起很多
同学的注意，RDN曾经到过接近20，但是我在20没有买，大约掉到12左右买掉了。
有些同学(包括我), 在这个股票上挣了不少钱。
在2009年
1) RDN book value was around 30, PMI's was over 10, so price/Book was very
attractive
2) People expected the housing crisis would be over(or close over) by now(
2011-2012).
但看看现在
1) RDN's book value is under 7, PMI is under 2(I expect that PMI's book
value should be close to $1 after next month earning).

基本面：这个股票一月份的转折是从MTG ER后跳水开始的。明菜当时发贴，他当时是烧
了MTG的，并叫大家不要碰PMI这些，隐含也包括RDN。
我所寻求的方法是基于price history以及TA的。
做个简单的factor分析。
影响该股的宏观因素：TLT，USO，UUP，JNK；
板块因素，类似走势的PMI，MBI，MTG.
比较有意思的是近半年与BAC，WFC这些mortgage underwriters相关性也很大。不难联
想到这里面与房屋价格的double dip，28%的户主按揭在水下，forecloure,等经济现状
与趋势之间的关系。近几个月，有关经济数据基本都是负面的。
综合这些因素，可以相当程度解释RDN的走势。
扣除这些因素影响，RDN本身颓势仍然在继续，还未看到逆转。
结论，上述内在，外在因素，尚不支持RDN趋势扭转。趁技术反弹适当减仓的或许是理
性的选择。宏观因素，板块因素的转变一般会给投资人足够的时间发现并确认。不必操
之过急。

that is why I did not say if I own any shares or not.
1) RDN is very safe right now after it raised around 700 million dollar
yesterday.
2) If everything is going as planned, RDN could earn around 300 million
dollar in the year of 2014, given roughly 200 million shares outstanding,
they could potentially earn $1.5/share next year
Problem.
1) RDN's default inventories mostly aged, in other words, 12+ month non

$7.5, you'll never know how huge it will rebound when price is cheap.
PCX is a sad story. I have placed sell orders for RDN and PCX > 5 times
each during the past 2 months with intention to buy back at 10% lower price
in a week or two. So I must set the sell price at a satisfactory high point
. And all 4 or 5 times, RDN reached that high price and got sold (so I did
buy back 10% lower each time), but PCX never reached |
