city office。
结果这个人空口说大话，导致我的工程队停工2周等他的permit。最后什么permit都没

谁要是比较中国政府和美国政府，我就和他对着干
刚从德州搬到华盛顿州，之前在德州lease了一个车，为了这个破车，浪费我不少时间。
德州这个政府也是奇葩，lease车收整个车的税，收就收吧，你的法律，大家遵守。所
以downpay就缴清了税费1600大刀，每个月bill没税了，只缴纳租车公司的月费。
搬到华州，自动的给我加上25块税，我想我应该不用付的，没理由付两份啊。
打电话给白痴租车公司，电话argue来回不下5次，失败，他们说华州收他们，他们就要
收我。我摆出的理由很简单，我说华州地税网站说了，如果带车进华州，车是90天前买
的，不欠华州地税。租车公司不认可这个说吧，说只要华州政府征收，他们就一定要收
，这个王八蛋连法律也不管。谁让美国这个SSN系统太牛逼，不想被collection，只能
和华州政府argue去了。顺带租车公司说要+45块钱，我说为什么，说我转title他们要
寄文件给华州，算我的cost，心里千万遍的骂他们的娘，以后我要是再租你家的车，买

不好意思用自己的帐号，借了帐号用。请教一下有类似经历的姐妹。
刚发现自己怀孕了，老二才9个月，郁闷极了。怕handle不了三个孩子，主要是怕没有
时间照顾老二，现在已经很少时间给他了。不要怕将来会很有负罪感。现在怀孕还是很
早期，虽然能测出来但是B超还什么都看不出来。纠结得很，眼泪流了，但决定还是要
做。担心一旦不要了会后悔，也担心留下来生活工作茫然不知所措。请给点经验吧:(决
定还是自己做，但是想看看多数人是什么情况。 |

宜就可以缺德的理论。我的contract不是画平面图的contract，而是包准备材料的
Permit Expediter Service。不了解这样服务的人麻烦增长点见识再来指手画脚。

camera的county或者city。当然在法庭上你是可以尝试argue证据不足，法官也许会
dismiss这个case。但是你自己要承担风险，也有可能法官不买你的帐。
比如seattle的规定是：
Q. WHAT IF THE REGISTERED OWNER WAS NOT DRIVING THE VEHICLE AT THE TIME OF
THEVIOLATION?
A. You may submit a sworn statement to that effect to the Court to rebut the

lease term unless you notify them in advance what you want to do.

的阐述自己反对的立场。
SB6406 内容很简单，一言概之就是要修正华州现有的人权法案 （Washington State
Civil Rights Act.）。人权法案规定不能以种族，性别，肤色，出生地等理由在公共

个人觉得这个bill里面有一些东西还是可取的，比如 对英语不是母语的学生用母语测
试或用非语言的测试等 （As practicable, screening and assessments must be

and assessments are not available, a nonverbal screening and assessment
must be used;）
